Shopping facilities, restaurants, cinema etc. are within walking distance. The ski bus is also just around the corner (at the station), but in about 10 minutes you can also walk to the Betelberg cable cars. The apartment is on the top floor and faces south (Wildstrubel) and east (Bühlberg), i.e. not directly towards Oberriedstrasse. The kitchen is open and has a glass ceramic stove, granite top, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave and steam extractor. It is equipped with the necessary household utensils including filter coffee maker and Italian espresso pot. If needed, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the laundry room in the basement.
