The cottage is located in a beautiful location on the shore of Lake Nuasjärvi in %E2%80%8B%E2%80%8BSotkamo, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the proximity of the water. This cottage, completed in 1950 and completely renovated in 2004, has an area of %E2%80%8B%E2%80%8Babout 50 m² and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. In the living room kitchen there is a sofa bed that can accommodate 1-2 people. The alcove has separate beds for two people, and the loft has separate beds for two people and mattresses for e.g. a child. The loft also has a child gate to ensure safety. The cabin also has a sauna with an electric stove, a washroom and a toilet. The cottage's terrace and yard have beautiful views of Lake Nuasjärvi, and garden furniture and a gas grill are available in the yard. In addition, a separate beach sauna, the use of which is included in the cottage rent, starting from week 8. A 4G network works in the area, so communication and e.g. remote work are easy. Ski trails 7 km (Vuokatti) starting from week 8 skitrail 100 m. The snowmobile can be rented directly from the owner. Kajaani is located about 23 km from the cottage and Sotkamo about 26 km away. The Vuokatti ski slopes are about 20 km away. The cottage has its own beach, which is about 20 m away. Please note that the price does not include cleaning or linen, so you must take care of them yourself. Pets are allowed in the holiday home. The use of the cottage is allowed from 4 pm on the day of arrival and until 12 noon on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings.

By th lake of Puutiojärvi rises a magnificent house built of mammoth logs with a beach sauna. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Downstairs is a bedroom with a double bed. The loft has a roll-out bed and two mattresses that offer additional space for guests. If necessary, a travel cot can be delivered free of charge upon request. The utility room has a washing machine and dryer, toilet and shower. The bed linen and final cleaning included in the price increase the living comfort. You also have the option to rent a hot tub, which offers more opportunities to enjoy the proximity of the water and relax after the sauna. Paid directly to the owner. Rowing boat on the beach. A hut with a beach sauna where it is possible to stay during the summer. The cabin has a sitting area, a kitchen and a loft. Nearby you can visit Hepoköngää, Pessimismitalo and the summer theater. The UKK hiking trail also runs nearby.

Extra: Row boat and motor boat if needed (at extra costs). Fishing equipments for use. Two beach: rocky where the boat located and other with nice sandy beach for swimming. Ski trails are available by week 8. Kajaani 30 km, Sotkamo 16 km. Vuokatti ski slope 9 km, cross country track 50 m (lenght 4 km, week 8-->). Beach 90 m. Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay. Final cleaning and linen not included in price.

On the shore of Sapsojärvi - on a beautiful promontory, there is a separate log cabin for vacationing and enjoying nature. The cottage was built in 1998, with a living space of 60 m2 + a loft. The living room kitchen has an atmospheric fireplace and dining set for 4-6 people, the living room has a sofa bed as an alternative bed for 1. Downstairs, a separate room with 2 x 80cm beds. 2 x 120 cm beds in the open loft. Access from the loft to the balcony with a view of the stream and the boathouse. In connection with the cabin, a wood-heated sauna, a shower (cabinet), and a separate toilet (access from the washroom and hall). Glazed terrace / porch, from where you can admire the scenery over Lake Sapsojärvi. There is a steep descent to the cottage's own beach, the beach is shallow for a long distance, soft in the deeper parts. On the beach, a natural sand beach. Matala beach is suitable for e.g. for children and water games. For swimming, we recommend the beach at the tip of the promontory (I followed the path for approx. 150 m), where there is a better shallow swimming spot with a sandy bottom. Note the buildings there are not used by tenants. A campfire site in the yard of the cottage. The cottage is at your disposal from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings. Pets are not allowed at the cabin, because the neighboring cabin (distance approx. 60 m) occasionally has residents and a dog, and we want complete cabin peace during everyone's vacation. There is little line of sight to the neighborhood from the yard area, there is no line of sight from the beach. Waste sorting (mixed and bio), as well as cardboard, glass and metal at the cottage. The side of the cottage's front yard is a body of water, a stream, access to the shore is stairs, the side of the stream is not suitable for swimming, deep and dredged so-called boat channel. A dog swan nests on this side of the water, I give the bird a nesting break. The side of the cottage's backyard (children's terrace) is the back of Sapsojärvi, where it is good to go by boat. It is possible for the owner to bring a rowing boat for vacationers to use, but please bring your own life jackets.
