The owner rents a hot tub all year round at extra price 150 euros / weekend / 2days (longer rental must be agreed separately) and it is pre-filled with water. Hot tub paid to the owner on the spot in cash, so make sure availability in good time.

Apartment in wood-built row house, built in 1975, living room/kitchen (kitchen renovated 12/2024), living room wit sofa bed for 2 adults, hallway, double bed and bunk bed in the bedroom, washroom, sauna, WC in the washroom, terrace with grill with gas. Kitchen has an airfryer. The shared tennis court in the area can be used free of charge (playing shifts can be reserved by making a note in the notebook on the court), the tenant brings the own rackets and balls. On the beach, there is a common playground, where e.g. swings and some toys. Shared barbecue area with few groups of dining tables and a grill. Distance approx. 350 m. You can go to the barbecue area along the beach. There is an air cooling system (use for summer time).
