The beach is in shared use with the owner. The house is made from the building blocks, cement rendering (built in 2005). The owner lives in the smaller part of the house. Own entrance on the other side of the building. Lake suite is designed for a quiet, relaxing family retreat (with kids). It's not allowed to have any party in this house to guarantee peace in the neighborhood. Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers. Living room with sofa, one sleeping site (90 x 200 cm) by using a separate mattress pad on the sofa, kitchen, dining area with sofa bed for one, bedroom with Yankee bed 160x200 cm, bedroom with 3 single beds (80x200 cm), WC with shower, glazed terrace. A pavilion on the beach, there are places for sleeping if weather is warm. Cooking hut with barbecue facilities and wood heated sauna. There is electric lighting in the pavilion and the cooking hut. There is also wood heated hot tub on the beach, which can be rented by separate price. Prices during year 2022: 160 euro per day, 210 euro / 2 days. Booking of hot tub must be done in advance from the owner. Note! Check-out time at this cottage is already at 11.00 (also in weekend bookings). Flat and grassed plot, suits well for many kinds of outdoor games. Shallow beach is ideal for children too. The pavilion, cooking hut with sauna and bathtub will create a nice site for hanging out on the beach. The owner lives in the smaller part of the house. Own entrance on the other side of the building. The owner's boats and caravan are stored in the yard area. However, there are plenty of parking places in the yard. 12 km north-west of Lahti, L.Vesijärvi 30 m (length 25 km, width 5 km), shallow, hard sanded clay bottom, own boat. Wooden/log cottage 1994, living room/kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, second bedroom double bed, sleeping loft with folding door 2 beds and 2 mattresses, dressing room (convertible sofa as an alternative sleeping Place) , washroom, sauna (electric stove). Gas grill on the terrace. Separate sauna building, sauna has wood-fired stove, dressing room. The plot is bordered by a neighborhood with permanent residents. Parties must always be agreed separately with the gcaretaker of the cottage. The peace of the permanent residents living next door must be respected and it is not possible to have noise-causing parties. Fireplace not in use during summer. A wood-fired outside hot tub can be rented from the caretaker. Contact details for the caretaker are in the booking confirmation. Prices: 150 € / weekend (Fri-Sun) and 200 € / week. The price includes VAT, guidance, firewood, final cleaning and disinfection. Filling and heating service 50 € / time if needed. If you want to organize a party, those must be agreed with the caretaker. The peace of the permanent residents living near the cottage must be respected. It is not possible to organize parties that cause noise. Spacious cottage on sheltered plot surrounded by grass, well suited for a quiet family vacation. Outboard motor 2 hp available (free of charge). Internet WLAN 4G, Google Chromecast and a bluetooth speaker. All of Messilä's services, e.g. downhill ski centre and golf course, are close by. Hollola 8 km, Mediaeval church 8 km. Lahti's skiing centre 15 km. IMPORTANT! Neighbor is only 40 m, permanent residents in the house. Kindly avoid noice and do not walk or leave your car in the neighbour's yard.
