Tap water comes from a borehole and is ferrous, so it can have occasional color and taste defects. The water is researched and safe to use as drinking water. Customer can bring drinking water upon arrival if prefers to drink bottled water. The cottage is recommended for people who appreciate nature and biodiversity. The cottage is well suited for such a small family or two couples. Plot is rocky and there is a slope to the shore. Route to the shore is not suitable for disabled persons. There is a beach patio, which is good for sunbathing and dining. The sun is shining, at 12, the entire day. Nuasjärvi offers very good fishing opportunites%3B about 400 meters away to the cottage can get pike, perch and pike by trolling or fishing gear (note: fishing licenses). A rowing boat for use. Shower/toilet, washing machine and drying rack in the washroom. Entrance hall with wardrobes, access from the back to a large terrace with garden furniture and a grill available in the summer. In the main cabin, underfloor heating, air-to-air heat pump and ventilation unit. The sauna is located in a separate building, surface area 30 m², where in the same connection there is also a sauna room with a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink), a sofa bed for 1-2 guests in the sauna room. Sauna with Harvia tower electric stove, shower. Sauna building available all year round - running hot and cold water and heating with floorheating and electric radiators. A steep slope to the beach with stairs and a railing (no winter maintenance). The beach is rocky, recommend swimming shoes. Separate holiday villa, completed in 2022, in a quiet location by the lake Nuasjärvi (100 m), near the Vuokatti tourist center, 6 km from Vuokatti. The total area of the villa is 70 m², on one floor. Spacious and bright living room/kitchen, dining set for 6-7 people. Two bedrooms with sliding doors, with double beds and wardrobes. Access from the living room to a spacious covered terrace with furniture and gas grill in the summer. In the living room there are two sofa beds (120 cm) and a folding extra bed (80 x 200 cm). A separate WC, shower and sauna with a twinkling starlight and a Harvia-brand pilar-style electric sauna stove provide atmospheric baths. The separate sauna building is free to use during the summer from June 1 to 31.8. There are some buildings in the yard area, which are not available for the tenants. Doghouse and running cable for pets (not for winter use). Wall outlet for preheating the car, extension cord available. You can also charge an electric car (there is no official charging point). Note in a different agreement, the possibility to rent the object also for a longer period. From the ice of Nuasjärvi, there is a connection to the official snowmobile trail. The yard can accommodate several cars and trailers (e.g. for sledding). The holiday apartment is for your use from 16.00 on the day of arrival and until 12.00 on the day of departure, also for the weekend bookings. Final cleaning is included in the price.
