This cottage, completed in 1950 and completely renovated in 2004, has an area of %E2%80%8B%E2%80%8Babout 50 m² and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. In the living room kitchen there is a sofa bed that can accommodate 1-2 people. The alcove has separate beds for two people, and the loft has separate beds for two people and mattresses for e.g. a child. The loft also has a child gate to ensure safety. The cabin also has a sauna with an electric stove, a washroom and a toilet. The cottage's terrace and yard have beautiful views of Lake Nuasjärvi, and garden furniture and a gas grill are available in the yard. On the shore of Sapsojärvi - on a beautiful promontory, there is a separate log cabin for vacationing and enjoying nature. The cottage was built in 1998, with a living space of 60 m2 + a loft. The living room kitchen has an atmospheric fireplace and dining set for 4-6 people, the living room has a sofa bed as an alternative bed for 1. Downstairs, a separate room with 2 x 80cm beds. 2 x 120 cm beds in the open loft. Access from the loft to the balcony with a view of the stream and the boathouse. In connection with the cabin, a wood-heated sauna, a shower (cabinet), and a separate toilet (access from the washroom and hall). Glazed terrace / porch, from where you can admire the scenery over Lake Sapsojärvi. There is a steep descent to the cottage's own beach, the beach is shallow for a long distance, soft in the deeper parts. On the beach, a natural sand beach. Matala beach is suitable for e.g. for children and water games. For swimming, we recommend the beach at the tip of the promontory (I followed the path for approx. 150 m), where there is a better shallow swimming spot with a sandy bottom. Note the buildings there are not used by tenants. A campfire site in the yard of the cottage. The cottage is at your disposal from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings. Pets are not allowed at the cabin, because the neighboring cabin (distance approx. 60 m) occasionally has residents and a dog, and we want complete cabin peace during everyone's vacation. There is little line of sight to the neighborhood from the yard area, there is no line of sight from the beach. Waste sorting (mixed and bio), as well as cardboard, glass and metal at the cottage. The side of the cottage's front yard is a body of water, a stream, access to the shore is stairs, the side of the stream is not suitable for swimming, deep and dredged so-called boat channel. A dog swan nests on this side of the water, I give the bird a nesting break. The side of the cottage's backyard (children's terrace) is the back of Sapsojärvi, where it is good to go by boat. It is possible for the owner to bring a rowing boat for vacationers to use, but please bring your own life jackets.
