The terrace has a gas grill and terrace furniture over 8 people. The holiday home is equipped with a water-air-heat pump. The sauna's fireplace room has a well equipped kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Additionally, it has a fire place and TV. The loft in the fireplace room has 2 mattresses. There is a smoking oven available. For pets, there is a kennel. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. The holiday home has a fiber optic internet connection. Upon request, the owner can provide fishing equipment such as spinning rods, fish traps, and nets. Koivuniemi is a spacious and high-quality rental cabin for a comfortable holiday. 65 km north of Joensuu, Lake Savijärvi 30 m (2.535 km²), with a hard, partly soft, gradually deepening clay bottom, a pier and a rowing boat. Log paneled cabin built in 2017, large living room/kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a crib, second bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, third bedroom with a bunk bed, bathroom with shower and WC, electric sauna, and a separate WC. The lakeside sauna, built in 1978, includes a dressing room and a wood-burning sauna stove with a water heater tank. Water must be carried from the lake. The sauna is available year-round. There is also a cooking hut.
