Strand en grill hut is in gemeenschappelijk gebruik van de huisjes Mäntylä en Harjula. Sauna bij het meer is voor privé gebruik. Afstand tot de officiële skipiste is 4 km. Er kan ook een skibaan zijn op ongeveer 200 m van het huisje. Mäntyrinne Ruka is located in a beautiful and peaceful area on the shores of Lake Ihtinki. Ruka's services are only a 10-minute drive away. Hiking trails are also easily accessible. The sledding trail is about 300 m away. Lake Ihtinkijärvi offers rewarding fishing moments both in summer and winter. Rowing boat and lean-to shared with the neighboring cottage (Kuusirinne). It is easy to take forest trips from the site in any season. Good berry forests right next door. About 20 km north of Kuusamo, the nearest Ruka slope is about 9 km away and the Ruka grocery store Sale is 8 km away. The nearest ski trails are 6 km away, with parking spaces for cars. The cottage is a modern and comfortable, well-equipped laminated log cottage. Built in 2008, area 82 m2, of which the loft is 14 m2. Living room-kitchen is a unified space, the fireplace adds atmosphere. Two bedrooms with folding doors, both with connected beds for 2 (for a total of 4). Full-height loft with beds for 4 guests. Baby gate at the top of the loft and possible to put a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs. Toilet, shower and sauna with electric heater. Spacious carport in the yard for guests' use.

25 km north of Kuusamo, Vuosseli (Eastern Ruka) 2.0 km, nearest ski lift 400 m (Masto I and II), Ruka village 3,5 km. High level apartment with two storeys in a rowhouse, built in 2005. Upstairs two bedrooms. Third bedroom downstairs. All bedrooms have two 80x200 cm beds. There is combined kitchen/living room. TV room and electric sauna are downstairs.

A stunning and sturdy three-story log cabin, built in 2007, awaits you on the shores of Lake Niskalampi! Shore is gently deepening and there is a pier with swimming ladder as well as a rowing boat. This holiday destination offers both space and atmosphere. On the middle floor, you'll find two bedrooms - one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two separate beds. Additionally, the spacious loft features four beds, and the basement includes a pull-out sofa. The cabin accommodates up to eight people. In the basement, you can relax in the soothing sauna facilities and enjoy the cozy fireplace room, perfect for evenings by the fire. The cabin features an electric sauna and a spacious living room/kitchen, seamlessly combining cooking and togetherness. This cabin provides the perfect setting for unwinding and enjoying the tranquility of nature! In summer use barbecue shelter with a gas grill and furniture.

Rowing boat, 2 canoes and pedal boat in shared use. Log cottage, built in 1988. 2 bedrooms: one with double bed, another with 2 beds. Loft: 1 bed + 6 mattresses, combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna. Downstairs 96 m², loft 35 m². Pets allowed at extra fee.

Lintukoto is located in a small and cozy cabin area of Mustalampi. The place is perfect for active couples, since outdoor trails and the captivating nature of Kuusamo are right outside the front door. There is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in the cabin. In addition, there is an extra bed for one guest. Living room/kitchen and electric sauna. 20 km to the north from Kuusamo, Ruka 7 km, pond Mustalampi 100 m. Wooden cabin built in 1990 and extended in 2012. Completely renovated inside in 2022.

Welcome to the personal holiday cabin, which is located in a wonderful location on the shore of Kitkajoki Hietalahti, only 200 meters from the beach. The cabin has three comfortable bedrooms where you can enjoy a good night's sleep. The ground floor bedroom has a comfortable double bed for two. In the upper floor bedrooms, one has double bed for two and the other has bed for one and as well as spreadable bed for youngsters. The cabin is rented for a maximum of five people, so there is plenty of space. In addition, the cabin has spacious kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals and spend pleasant moments together. For relaxation, you can enjoy the warmth of a wood heated sauna.

Keuken, 2 slaapkamers, een met een tweepersoonsbed, een met een stapelbed, 2 extra bedden boven, open veranda zowel boven als beneden. Een specifieke (electr. verwarming) sauna op het strand (20 m²) met loungeruimte. Een stijlvolle 2007 gebouwde hut met privacy, maar toch dicht bij voorzieningen in Ruka en Kuusamo. Het meer is goed om te vissen, de huurprijs is inclusief 5 vergunningen voor het vissen met netten (klant moet eigen visnetten meenemen). Een goede toegang tot de sneeuwscooter route.
