24 km to the West of Pori, Sea Eteläselkä / Selkämeri 30 m. From the dock steps to the sea. The bottom is muddy and rapidly deepening. Rowing boat. Wooden cottage, built in 1960, living room with 115 cm wide sofa bed, alcove 120 cm wide bed, sleeping corner 90 cm wide bed, washroom and toilet in same room, sauna (wood stove), covered terrace, gas grill. Outboulding (10 m²) with 160 cm wide double bed. Hot tube can be booked at extra fee. Client fills, heats and washes the tube. Cottages in Lampaluoto Island, only 9 km from Yyteri's sandy beach and other amenities and activities. There is a bridge connection to the island. Right on the seafront cottage that can accommodate even a larger family. There is a flat lawnyard with some plantings. From the enclosed terrace and from the living room sea view. There is a direct view to the neighboring cottage. Yyter's beautiful sandy beach is 9 km away, Yyter's spa hotel 9 km, Yyter golf course 8 km. Binnen:
Planed log villa built in 2007-2008 (100 m²), with a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna. Situated approx. 270 km to the northwest from Helsinki, 22 km from Pori, in Onnenkoski, on the tranquil lake Haapijärvi. There are a total of 4 villas on the shores of lake Haapijärvi (other properties 16695, 16696 & 16697), and they are all similar, with possible minor differences in equipment. However, the villas are situated so that each has its own beach and private yard. On the ground floor of the main building, there is a large living room/kitchen area with a high ceiling. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is plenty of space for a larger group to dine together. Two bedrooms, each with two beds (size 80 x 200 cm). In addition, there is an electric sauna and a bathroom with WC. The upper floor has a low but spacious loft with three beds at each end (a total of 6 beds, size 80 x 200 cm each). Please note that the villa is rented for a maximum of 8 people. There is a separate entrance with a vestibule. Access to the terrace from the living room/kitchen. The terrace has an L-shaped design and is entirely under a roof. On the terrace, you can find a dining area and a gas grill. On the beach, there is a separate sauna building with a wood-heated sauna stove, a washing room, a living area, and a loft. Terrace facing the lake. If needed, you can sleep in the loft of the sauna building (note the steep ladder). The living area has a sink and a workspace. The plot is coniferous forest terrain sloping gently towards the lake. The bottom of the lake near the shore is sandy and shallow, becoming softer farther out. There is a small pier with a swim ladder. A rowing boat is available for the guests. Lake Haapijärvi is rich in fish. The Onnenkoski / Lampinkoski hiking trail is just a stone's throw away from the destination. Lampinkoski lean-to shelter is located on the other side of the highway. Walk a short distance on Råforsin metsätie road until you will see a sign for the lean-to shelter. The rocky hill is only a few hundred meters from the parking area, but you can also hike from here to Poikeljärvi and back, making the total length of the trail about 10 km. The lean-to shelter is about half a kilometer from Onnenkoski café, and if you continue the hiking trail in that direction, you will arrive at Pahamäki, approx. 5 km away. 18 km north-west of Pori, Bothnia Sea / Viasvedenlahti bay 10 m. Hard, shallow sand bottom, own boat, no pier. Wooden cottage 1956, extended 1986, renovated 2016, living room/kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, small bedroom with doublebed and bunk bed, sauna. Big terrace (built 2009). Separate additional building with double bed, convertible sofa and fridge. Comfortable basic cottage close to Yyteri sandy shores. In front (10 km away) is Säppi island, with its lighthouse, after which Sweden. Plot includes private island with a shore. Fenced yard area level and light, own sheltered boat anchorage and swimming place. Internet connection (wireless, speed 1 Mb). Air conditioning. Sauna in same building, access from porch. Pori/Kirjurinluoto 18 km, Yyteri 20 km, Reposaari 30 km, Old Rauma town 50 km. The plot which is in clients' use is marked, please look at the area map. Next to cottage is the neighbour's beach/boat anchorage which is shielded from view. This private beach/boat anchorage is not for clients to use or visit. Pedal boat for rent, reservation and payment (50 e/week) to the owner. Cottage is not suitable for an allergic person (there has been dogs).
