In summer outbuilding with 2 beds (as alternative beds). By a separate agreement possibility to rent a hot tub (heated by wood) on wheels. Cottage has sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom (2 showers) and dressing room. Air source heat pump. By a separate agreement possibility to rent a hot tub (heated by wood) on wheels. There are steep stairs starting in front of the cabin to the pier. You can swim from the pier (there is a swimming ladder). Due to the rocky bottom, access for swimming from the beach is a bit challenging. The rowing boat is located within 100 m from the cabin. In the same radius, there is also a fine common sand beach (shared with neighboring cabins). The rowing boat is stored on the sand beach due to the rockiness of the beach. Kärkimökki 90 m², named after its location, is a cozy and well-equipped log cabin. 37 km to the north from Hämeenlinna, lake Iso-Roine 15 m (length 8 km, width 2 km), rocky beach, not suitable for small children, pier. A natural trail leads to the pier at the tip of the cape. You can swim from the pier (there is a swimming ladder). Due to the rocky bottom, access for swimming from the beach is a bit challenging. 100 m away in the marina, there is own rowing boat and 200 m away, shallow child-friendly sand beach shared with other cabins in the area. The rowing boat is stored on the marina due to the rockiness of the beach. 110 km to the north from Helsinki in Harviala, Janakkala, this modern 105 m² lakeside villa was built in 2023 by lake Sääjärvi. There is a campfire site and a pier by the lake. The bottom of the lake is soft near the shore, and you can access it for swimming from the pier. There is a large landscape window which gives a wonderful view of the fishy Lake Sääjärvi. The well-equipped living room and kitchen are open to the ceiling. In addition there are 2 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor. One with double bed (160 cm) and other with bunk bed (2 x 80 cm). Upstairs a large low loft with 2 beds (80 cm). In addition an utility room. There is no sauna. There is a charcoal grill, which has a smoker and a BBQ grill. A kayak and rowing boat are available for use. Please contact Lomarengas if you want to rent this cottage just for a day without staying overnight, for example for a meeting. The price is 625 e in summer (after Midsummer - mid August) and 430 e at other times, including towels. Day use is from 9 am to 11 pm. This destination is not available for groups whose age is less than 25 years. 36 km to the west from Hämeenlinna, lake Kotkajärvi 40 m, shallow, gently deepening beach, pier with benches and swimming ladder, rowing boat. Water in lake Kotkajärvi is clear and clean. Two building complex in a nice location. Log cabin 75 m²: on the ground floor living room, living room/kitchen, bedroom (120 cm wide bed), electric sauna, shower, separate WC. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, both with two beds. Sofa bed in the lobby. For alternative extra beds there is two mattresses (80 cm x 200 cm). The stairs have child safety gates at both ends. Cottage has been renovated in 2022. Partly covered terrace, gas grill and play house in front of the cabin. An outdoor toilet (composting dry toilet) in addition to indoor toilet. For summer use only (30.4. - 31.10. , depending on weathers): Sauna building 35 m²: Lobby, living room/kitchen, spreadable sofa bed, fireplace, sauna with wood burning sauna stove, no shower. Water comes to sauna from the lake and is heated in a cauldron. Note! The fireplace in the main cabin is not available to guests. However, the fireplace in the sauna building is available during summer. During winter sauna building is not in use. A wood-heated Kirami hot tub for rent (near the sauna building). The owner heats and cleans the hot tub ready for use, the customer heats it on from that. Note! Booking of hot tub must be agreed with the owner at least three days before the start of the holiday. The hot tub can only be rented outside winter time. Other times (if plus Celcius degrees) must be negotiated with the owner separately. Hot tub rent in 2025: 185€ / weekend and 285€ / 1-2 weeks.
