The terrace has a gas grill and patio furniture, providing a great view of the lake. Please note that the upper floor of the building is not accessible to customers. By the beach, in summer use (from mid May till end of September), a separate lakeside sauna with a wood-burning stove (water must be carried from the lake). The sauna also has a dressing room/living area. The property includes a garage, which is not available for customer use. Villa Luoto is a stylishly decorated villa situated on the shores of Lake Päijänne. Located on a rocky slope, the villa offers magnificent views of the lake from the inside the house and its terraces. The villa is located near the center of Korpilahti town. It is 30 km to Jyväskylä and approximately 30 km to Jämsä/Himos. The sandy beach cove deepens over a distance of about 10 meters and is safe for children. The log villa was completed in 2024 and features a spacious living room/kitchen and two bedrooms (an additional bed is available in the living room). The living room has a heat-storing fireplace and an air-source heat pump. Heating is provided by electric underfloor heating. The sauna (electric sauna stove), shower room, WC, and utility room are located in the other part of the building, accessible from the glazed terrace. The outdoor hydro massage bath on the terrace is available for an additional fee. The villa has a 4G Wi-Fi modem for internet use.
