Binnen:
30 km to the north from Helsinki, lake Kukonjärvi 45 m, deep beach, own pier (with swimming ladder), rowing boat. Log-built cabin 2004, well-equipped kitchen, living room (two beds), heat storing fireplace, bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with two beds, separate WC, washroom/shower, sauna (immediately ready electric sauna stove), spacious terrace with glazed part. Lakeside sauna with fireplace room, washroom and sauna (wood-burning sauna stove, water pipe in summer use, in winter, water must be carried from the lake or the main cabin). On the beach, separate building with storage space and outdoor toilet. In the yard, there is a carport for two cars and wall outlets for car heating. A 4-person hot tub on the beach, which can be booked for an additional fee from spring to fall (in winter only if there is no frost). The customer takes care of the filling, heating, emptying and cleaning of the hot tub himself/herself, strictly following the owner's instructions.

Cottage located in a quiet area close to the services of Tampere city center. Rustholli 1 is part of a cottage village of 10 cottages. 11 km east of Tampere, 450 m walk from Näsijärvi, with a public Kumpula beach, shallow sandy bottom. Round log cottage built in 1986. Sleeping area with two 80 x 200 cm beds. Living room with kitchen and dining area with sofa bed that can be converted into an additional 140 x 190 cm bed for two. Loft with 120 x 200 cm mattress as an additional bed for one. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The kitchen has an atmospheric artificial fireplace that produces pleasant heat using an electric heater. Attached to the cottage is an electrically heated sauna, a shower and toilet in the washroom. In addition, there is a separate toilet, which also has a washing machine. The covered terrace has garden furniture and a gas grill. There is an electric pole in the yard for car heating in winter (no electric car charging). A tennis court can be rented separately in the middle of the cottage area. Tennis sessions can be booked on site. Instructions for booking can be found at the cottage, in the cottage folder. Pets (small) dogs are allowed for an additional fee.

Cabin situated in a peaceful area near the services of Tampere city center. Rustholli 9 is part of a village consisting of 10 cabins. 11 km to the east of Tampere, Lake Näsijärvi 350 m (public swimming beach Kumpula), shallow sand bottom. Round log cabin, built in 1986. The living room has a double bed and sofa bed (120 x 200 cm), and on the loft of the living room, there is 1 mattress (80 x 200 cm). The kitchen features a dining group, and on the loft of the kitchen, there are 2 mattresses (80 x 200 cm). However, the max. number of guests in the cabin is 5 people. The sofa bed serves as an additional sleeping option. In addition, there is a washroom, sauna (electric sauna stove), and WC equipped with washing machine. Spacious terrace with outdoor furniture. The cabin has 50 Mbps Wi-Fi.

Spacious and comfortably furnished cabin in a traditional Finnish rural landscape, yet close to all amenities. The Ideapark shopping and leisure center is only 7.5 km away. The cabin has a large covered terrace and a separate grill hut in the yard. On rainy days, Ideapark offers activities for the whole group, including the Louhi Water Park, an entertainment center (karting track, mini golf, bowling, children's activity park), and Cultural Centre PiiPoo. 25 km southeast of Tampere, log cabin (built in 2008) located in a scenic countryside setting. The ground floor includes a kitchen and a spacious living room with a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). An adjacent room features another sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). There is also a wood-heated sauna, a washroom with a shower and WC, and a utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The upper floor has two bedrooms and a WC. One bedroom has two single beds and a TV, and the second bedroom also has two single beds. The cabin has high-speed fiber-optic internet. The kitchen dining table can be extended to seat up to eight diners. A spacious covered terrace features garden furniture and a gas grill. In the yard, there is a separate grill hut with a fire pit.

27 km south of Tampere. Lake Mäyhäjärvi 15 m (length 3 km, breadth 850 m), shallow water, sand/mud bottom. Own boat. Wooden cabin 1974, renovated 1992, living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, sauna, dressing room. NOTE! There isn't any tv in the cabin even it can be seen in some photos.
