Wooden chalet 2010, living room/kitchen, bedroom double bed, hall, utility room, washroom, sauna (electric stove), in sleeping loft (sloping ceilings, maximum height 1.7 m) 4 beds, open terrace. Building has mechanical ventilation, downstairs underfloor heating. Gas heated ring burner + Muurikka steel pan as gas grill. Lakeshore sauna (use only summer time) and car port/storage shed. On shore large concrete jetty and wooden jetty. Located on a gentle slope, this chalet arrangement is ideal for families. The inside doors are wide enough for wheelchairs. Owner rents out bicycles and 2 canoes. Small game hunting opportunities on Metsähallitus' lands 2 km away (note: enquire about licences). By the shore, there is a lakeside sauna and a wood-heated hot tub available for rent. Note! Hot tub is not available in winter during 1.11.-28.4. 25 km west of Kuopio, Lake Kallavesi 40 m, rapidly deepening rocky beach. 2 m wide sandy area provides easy access for swimming. A pier, no own boat. Well-equipped wooden cabin (built in 2021) features an open-plan living room and kitchen, a fireplace in the living room, and two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has a pull-out sofa bed, which expands to a high-quality bed (160x200 cm, regular mattresses) for two. The bathroom includes a shower cabin. The large glazed terrace (approx. 20 m²) is furnished with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The cabin is equipped with an air-source heat pump for cooling. The lakeside sauna features a wood-fired stove and offers a view of the lake through a panorama window. The sauna building includes a refrigerator and kitchen cabinets (no running water). Water for the sauna is carried from the lake. The sauna building is heated throughout the year. There is a sofa bed in the sauna building, providing an additional bed for two (160x200 cm). Pets are allowed for an additional fee. The sloping plot features large boulders, contributing to the rugged Lapland atmosphere of the landscape. The spacious plot receives sunlight throughout the day.
