A cozy, modern villa on a spacious and sunny plot. The villa features an indoor steam sauna and a separate lakeside sauna with a wood-burning stove. The villa's terrace is glass-enclosed, allowing you to enjoy it comfortably even during cooler weather. A SUP-board can be rented directly from the owner, with arrangements made between the renter and the owner. Located 35 km west of Kuopio, Lake Saittajärvi is only 30 meters away. The villa's frontage features a shallow, sandy beach, while the lakeside sauna area offers a deeper, muddy-bottomed shoreline. The villa, built in 2014, is made of logs and includes a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen features a dining area for eight people. There are two bedrooms, each with two beds. Additionally, a separate room (with electric heating) connected to the carport offers two beds, and the lakeside sauna has a pull-out sofa bed that converts into a 160 x 200 cm double bed. The villa also includes a separate WC, a steam sauna, a bathroom with a shower, and a utility room with direct access to the glass-enclosed terrace. The lakeside sauna is equipped with a wood-burning stove. Cold water is supplied to the sauna via a faucet, and water is heated in a wood-fired cauldron.
