Elegant and high-quality semi-detached apartment located near the Tahko ski center. There are warehouses between both apartments, so the apartments are not next door neighbours. All materials, furniture and technology are of high quality. The destination is best suited for families, companies and couples. However, the holiday destination will not be handed over to the customer if all persons going to the holiday destination are under 25 years of age. The two-storey apartment was built in 2021, downstairs there is a spacious living room / kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, utility room, washroom, sauna (electric stove), 2 x toilets, hallway and terrace. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two beds + balcony and a bedroom with 2 beds, a washroom with shower & toilet. There is also a children's equipment in the villa%3B travel cot with mattress, high chair and potty. Warm storage room for storing and drying hobby equipment with drying cabinet. TV channels are only shown via Elisa Viihde Plus tv-box. Elisa Viihde Premium, Ruutu+ sekä MTV Katsomo+ viihde- ja urheilupaketit are also available. 5G internet connection (speed 600mb) and car electric charging plug (11 kwh) for residents only. Under sauna benches there are speakers with bluetooth connection. A charging station for hybrid and electric cars (11 kwh) can be rented at the apartment. The charging station is located on the wall of the warehouse. The customer needs his own charging cable. Rental prices per car: €30.00 / weekend or €60.00 / week. The rental price is collected as a separate mobile pay payment and paid directly to the cottage owner. The apartment is located in a quiet cottage area, yet within walking distance of all Tahko services. The owner's dog has occasionally visited the apartment, so the apartment is not suitable for allergy sufferers. It's not allowed to bring rentable hot tub to this cottage. Slopes and restaurants 1.2 km, common Tahkonlahti beach 1.2 km, Tahko Spa 1.5 km, Tahko Golf 2 km, Nilsiä 13 km, Kuopio 65 km, Matkus shopping center 70 km. Bookings start at 4pm and end no later than 12pm on the day of departure (including weekend bookings).

The lakeside sauna has a hydro massage bath possible for the period 1.4.-31.10 (includes in price 22.4.2025 for new reservations), sauna and hydro massage bath with a wonderful view of the lake. 17 km to the west from Iisalmi, lake Haapajärvi 25 m, shallow mud beach, pier, own rowing boat. Log cabin (2012), well-equipped kitchen, heat reserving fireplace in the living room, bedroom (double bed), WC, washroom, sauna (electric sauna stove). Upstairs, an open space with spring mattresses 160x200 cm and 80x200 cm on the floor and sofa bed (120x200 cm bed for one). Summer kitchen with garden furniture, kettle grill and gas-heated grill pan. Separate lakeside sauna (dressing room and sauna room with wood burning sauna stove), hydro massage bath in front of the sauna building, Note hydro massage bath for the period 1.4.-31.10, note the hydro massage bath is not available during the winter months. There is an outdoor toilet on the side of the cabin. Note! The garage in the yard is not available. Flat, lawn plot. The sun shines into the yard all day long.

Roundlog cottage 1996, living room/kitchen, bedroom double bed, upstairs one large room, 2 beds of width 90 cm, 120 cm double bed, two extendable convertible sofa/double bed, sauna, washroom, balcony and 2 open porches. Living room/kitchen has a Nunna baking oven with a glass door, underfloor heating in washroom area. Air source heat pump with cooling function. Wi-Fi. Solar energy system. Lakeshore sauna has been renewed (floor) May/2020. Fish smoking pot on the terrace. Steep slope to shore from cottage%3B steps down to jetty, lakeshore sauna and grill tepee. Lakeshore sauna has wood-fired stove, dressing room and porch, grill tepee has gas barbecue grill (grill may also be located in the terrace) , jetty has bench seat. Hot tub can be rented directly from the owner. Boat slipways 3 km, lake has good zander and pike stocks, berry and mushroom forests adjacent. On Vattusaari in front of cottage is a lean-to and camp fire place. Tahko Ski Resort's western slopes 34 km, Tahko Golf and SPA 40 km, Rissala airport 60 km. Wild Life Land (Villieläinmaa) game farm, which has captive wild boars and offers meal services 5 km. Grocery 9 km (in summer only) , supermarket in Varpaisjärvi 17 km.

Log cabin 1998, living room/ kitchen with convertible sofa, bedroom with 1 bed and a bunk bed, bedroom with double bed, washroom, dressing room, spacious sauna for 8 persons, 2 x open verandas. Air source heat pump ( heating and cooling). Meals delivered by order. Possibility for guided rabbit shooting. The railway runs 200 m behind the cottage.
