On the ground floor of the log house, there is a living room/kitchen and living area. Double bed (2x80cm) in the bedroom, bed (80cm) under the stairs. Electric sauna, shower and washing machine in the washroom, separate WC. Low loft with spreadable bed for two (2x80cm) and sofa bed. Sunny terrace facing the yard, covered, glazed and furnished terrace facing the lake with infrared heaters. In the yard, separate, covered summer kitchen with solid brick grill and table group. The log-built sauna building is located right by the lake Lohjanjärvi. Wood-heated sauna, hot water is heated in a cauldron. In the living area, 1 bed (80 cm) and a sofa bed. A small terrace facing the lake. In the yard building, a private room with table group and spreadable sofa bed. The plot is lawn, slopes gently towards the road. On the side of the beach, where the lakeside sauna is located, there is forest, steep slope, stone steps and a path to the beach. The beach is rocky. Access for swimming from the pier. Dogs and cats are also welcome at this destination. Note! The property is rented only to families, couples and other people who are spending a peaceful vacation. The destination is not rented to groups of people under the age of 25.

Log cottage 2002, kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed, small bedroom with 1 bed, sauna (wood-burning stove), washing room (shower), dressing room, toilet, hallway and large partially-covered terrace spaces. Separate outbuilding accommodation possibility for 2 persons (electric heating, wood stove, hot plate and fridge). The outbuilding is located right next to the main cottage. In the woodshed there is a movable extra bed and a youth bed (for a child approx. 3-10 yrs old) which can be taken into use if necessary. There is a garage next to the outbuilding and it is in owner's own use (owner will not use it when the cottage is booked for customers). Cot %3D baby's travel bed is available for pre-order. The washing machine has integrated tumble dryer in it. A new kitchen stove has been bought 09 / 2017 (ceramic stove with a convection oven). Please, notice that there isn't television in this cabin. NOTE! It is NOT allowed to bring a ltrailer hot tub / hot tub on wheels with you. The cottage is located in island Jalassaari. There is a road connection to the island. There are two accommodation buildings so the place is suitable for customers who appreciate the possibility to accommodate in two separate buildings. Yard area is spacious and bright, upper part flat. There is a slope to the beach but there is good stairs to the beach. Lohjanjärvi is a clear watered lake and rich in fish. The nearest neighbor (distance 130 m, not within sight in the summer) is owned by the same family. In 200 m distance there is owner's second rental cottage, 13795 Ranta-Iivari. Log cottage 2004, living room/kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, sleeping loft 2 beds, sauna, washroom, open porch. Entrance into WC, washing room and sauna through veranda. Spacious and cosy cottage on shore of pool. Sloping plot with forest, rather steep slope down to shore, with no steps on the way. Shore is level and sanded, suitable for children. Main road no. 1 is on other side of pool, traffic can be seen. The nearest neighbour is the cottage 8470 Puolukka, distance 80 m. Distance to the next neighbour is about 400 m. Traffic noise can be heard. Deposit (obligatory) 100 euros (payable on arrival). Tytyri mine 18 km, Pyhä Lauri church 18 km. St. Laurence Golf 19 km, Vihti Golf 17 km, Nummela center 9 km.

This place is not rented for groups consisting of under 25 years old people. 80 km west of Helsinki, lake Lohjanjärvi 40 m (largest lake in district Uusimaa, 10 x 10 km), shallow, slightly sloping, hard bottom, deeper clay, jetty, own rowboat (outboard motor shown in the picture is not in use). Cozy complex built in 1968. The bedrooms are divided so that there are four bedrooms in the main cottage, two bedrooms in the sleeping cottage and double bed in the lakeside sauna. Main cottage (115 m2), living room with extra bed, kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with antique bunk bed, bedroom with single bed, 2 x separate indoor toilets (one renovated in 2021 and the other in 2022), shower, glazed veranda with large dining table, terrace. During winter glazed veranda is cold and is used as a storage room. Travel beds for two children. Air source heat pump. Note! There is no TV. In a separate sleeping cottage (35 m2, can be used year-round) there are two bedrooms with 2 beds in each, one bedroom downstairs and one bedroom upstairs. Magnificent log villa in a sunny location, accommodating ten people. The yard is grassy, and the paths are paved with flagstone. The villa has five bedrooms, comfortable beds for all guests. In the yard, there is a spacious 30 m² glazed garden pavilion with a reed roof, and a separate cooking hut, equipped with LPG-powered grill pan. Additionally, there is also a gas grill and a wood-heated smoker. At the beach, there is a wood-heated lakeside sauna, which includes a separate living room (with sofas and a fireplace) and a terrace with a hydro massage bath. The private sandy beach is shallow at the shore but deepens quickly. Private pier and a rowing boat. Located 65 km from Helsinki, Lake Hiidenvesi 30 m, log-built villa (2004), five bedrooms, one with a double bed and the others with two beds per room. The well-equipped living room/kitchen has a large dining table and windows offering views of the yard and lake. The living room has a TV, sofa set, and heat-storing fireplace. The villa has a WC on both the ground and upper floors. Electric sauna and washroom with two showers. The lakeside sauna has a third shower. An outdoor hot tub is available for rent.
