Rustholli 9 is part of a village consisting of 10 cabins. 11 km to the east of Tampere, Lake Näsijärvi 350 m (public swimming beach Kumpula), shallow sand bottom. Round log cabin, built in 1986. The living room has a double bed and sofa bed (120 x 200 cm), and on the loft of the living room, there is 1 mattress (80 x 200 cm). The kitchen features a dining group, and on the loft of the kitchen, there are 2 mattresses (80 x 200 cm). However, the max. number of guests in the cabin is 5 people. The sofa bed serves as an additional sleeping option. In addition, there is a washroom, sauna (electric sauna stove), and WC equipped with washing machine. Spacious terrace with outdoor furniture. This impressive and spacious house with a swimming pool is located in Sastamala, just 45 km from Tampere. Inside, the pool area features a 6%C3%973 m swimming pool (water temperature approximately 22%C2%B0C, depth around 1.3 m, deepening to about 1.45 m at one end), a small cold pool, a spacious sauna, and a bathroom with two showers. There is also a heat-storing fireplace and a living area with amenities such as a bar counter. Outside, there is a swimming pool lined with a waterproof membrane, measuring approximately 18 x 8 x 1.4 m. A smaller section serves as an overflow pool that is not intended for swimming. The pool edges are lined with loose, round natural stones, and the pool bottom is covered with a rubber membrane. The outdoor pool is available during the warm season. 25 km south-east of Tampere. Lake Roinejärvi 140 m (length 10 km, breadth 5 km), shallow water, firm sanded clay bottom. Own boat. Log cabin 1989, kitchen/living room, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, 1 bedroom with 2 beds + 2 extra beds, washroom, electric sauna, open veranda. Separate lakeside sauna (wood heated sauna stove) with a hearth room with fridge, washing room, dressing room, shower, WC. Lakeside sauna is located about 110 m distance from the cabin and it can be used year-round. Cabin is located on the rocky hill and there is a slope from the cabin to the shore. It's recommended to use road from the cabin to the shore (distance 150 m, also accessible by car during summer). There are also stairs to the shore, but they quite steep and because they are wooden, they might be slippery when raining (stairs are not in use during winter). The cottage is situated in a country village on a hill and the sauna is down by the lake. The nearest neighbour (50 m) is a grain dryer which is used only few weeks in August/September (causes some noise when working and it can be heard on the cabin yard). The next neighbor is a farm house about 150 m away. Smoke sauna and windsurfer available by separate arrangement. Tended ski trails 1,5 km from cottage. Lake Kirkkojärvi famous for birdlife 12 km.

50 km south-west of Tampere, pond Ojastenlampi 150 m (100x60m), gently sloping shallow hard sand bottom, in deeper partly mud bottom. By the pier the depth is 2-3 meters. Pond is in shared use with owner (owner uses it sometimes). Old log farmhouse, renovated in 2005, kitchen, large living room, 3 bedroom, each with 3 beds, sleeping alcove with bed (width 120 cm), hall, room where bake oven (eg. for grilling sausages, preparing meals), washing room (2 showers), sauna (electric stove), 2 toilets. A total of 10 beds. For additional fee possibility for 4 extra beds. By the pond there is a summer barbecue hut which is in shared use with the owner (please inform the owner in advance if you wish to use the barbecue hut). By a separate payment a summer sauna building with wooden stove, also with fireplace (heated by customer 50€/day, 200€/week, 2019) and a smoke sauna (heated by owner 150€/one heating, 300€ during winter, 2019). Availability of the additional saunas should be agreed in advance with the owner. In summer sauna there are extra beds for 2-4 beds (additional fee). The owner uses pond beach sometimes. This destination is located 45 km to the west from Tampere, lake Rautavesi 150 m, gently deepening child-friendly sand beach. The beach is shared with other customers in the area. Boat ramp on the beach. The room has a double bed and a sofa bed for one person, in the kitchenette there is refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, TV, and washroom with WC. There is a communal barbecue area on site (distance 300 m), as well as a wood-heated lakeside sauna and a smoke sauna. The rental is handled by the campsite VuoriCaravan. One lift card is included in the rent. A €20 renewal fee is charged for a lost or damaged lift card. This cozy destination is located by the fishy lake Rautavesi. Vuorihuoneistot offers an excellent alternative for those who require diversity from their holiday. The destination is ideal for families and couples. During the summer, you can try climbing in climbing park HighPark, boating or good outdoor activities (jogging or biking using a fat bike for example). However, do not forget to relax in the middle of nice lake scenery on the sand beach. During the winter, Ellivuori Ski Center provides nice possibilities for downhill skiing for the whole family.
