Binnen:
An elegant villa on the shores of Lake Kulovesi. The spaces are also suitable for hosting small family celebrations and meetings. The distance to Tampere is only 40 km. The beautiful lake scenery features a separate lakeside sauna with a fireplace room, a washroom with a shower, and a large terrace with a rentable hydro massage bath outdoors. The main building was built in 1938 and has been renovated several times over the years. The most recent renovations include an interior remodel in 2012, window replacements, a sauna terrace and hydro massage bath in 2023, and a complete sauna renovation in 2024. On the ground floor of the main building, there is a separate kitchen, a WC, and a living room with access to a spacious dining area for 10 people, offering direct views of the lake. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with two single beds. The living room has two sofa beds, accommodating a total of four people. On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed, one with a 120 cm bed, one with two single beds, and one with a double bed. There is also a separate WC with a shower and a washing machine. The shoreline is 60 meters away and features a clay bottom, with the water depth reaching approximately 2 meters at the end of the pier.

Binnen:
25 km south-east of Tampere. Lake Roinejärvi 140 m (length 10 km, breadth 5 km), shallow water, firm sanded clay bottom. Own boat. Log cabin 1989, kitchen/living room, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, 1 bedroom with 2 beds + 2 extra beds, washroom, electric sauna, open veranda. Separate lakeside sauna (wood heated sauna stove) with a hearth room with fridge, washing room, dressing room, shower, WC. Lakeside sauna is located about 110 m distance from the cabin and it can be used year-round. Cabin is located on the rocky hill and there is a slope from the cabin to the shore. It's recommended to use road from the cabin to the shore (distance 150 m, also accessible by car during summer). There are also stairs to the shore, but they quite steep and because they are wooden, they might be slippery when raining (stairs are not in use during winter).

Binnen:
50 km south-west of Tampere, pond Ojastenlampi 150 m (100x60m), gently sloping shallow hard sand bottom, in deeper partly mud bottom. By the pier the depth is 2-3 meters. Pond is in shared use with owner (owner uses it sometimes). Old log farmhouse, renovated in 2005, kitchen, large living room, 3 bedroom, each with 3 beds, sleeping alcove with bed (width 120 cm), hall, room where bake oven (eg. for grilling sausages, preparing meals), washing room (2 showers), sauna (electric stove), 2 toilets. A total of 10 beds. For additional fee possibility for 4 extra beds. By the pond there is a summer barbecue hut which is in shared use with the owner (please inform the owner in advance if you wish to use the barbecue hut). By a separate payment a summer sauna building with wooden stove, also with fireplace (heated by customer 50€/day, 200€/week, 2019) and a smoke sauna (heated by owner 150€/one heating, 300€ during winter, 2019). Availability of the additional saunas should be agreed in advance with the owner. In summer sauna there are extra beds for 2-4 beds (additional fee). The owner uses pond beach sometimes.

Binnen:
Holiday apartment 25 m², located in popular and renewed Ellivuori area. The building was completely renovated in 2018. This destination is located 45 km to the west from Tampere, lake Rautavesi 150 m, gently deepening child-friendly sand beach. The beach is shared with other customers in the area. Boat ramp on the beach. The room has a double bed and a sofa bed for one person, in the kitchenette there is refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, TV, and washroom with WC. There is a communal barbecue area on site (distance 300 m), as well as a wood-heated lakeside sauna and a smoke sauna. The rental is handled by the campsite VuoriCaravan.

Binnen:
Holiday apartment 45 m², located in a famous and renewed Ellivuori area. The building was completely renovated in 2018. The destination is located 45 km to the west from Tampere, lake Rautavesi 150 m, gently deepening child-friendly sand beach. Beach is shared with other customers in the area. There is a boat ramp on the beach. You will find a well-equipped living room/kitchen in the living area. The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed (width 140 cm) in a lockable space. There is an entrance to the shower room from the lockable space, where you will find a toilet, a shower and an electric sauna. The glazed balcony is very spacious (17 m²), and it has a view to the lake. Access to living room and bedroom from the balcony. There is a communal barbecue area on site (distance 400 m), as well as a wood-heated lakeside sauna and a smoke sauna. Sauna shifts can be booked at VuoriCaravan's office. If the fire alarm goes on as a result of the customer's behavior, a fee of 250 € will be applied (it is advisable to avoid cooking inside).

Binnen:
64 km west of Tampere, Lake Suodenjärvi 60 m (length 2 km, width 100 m), deep, soft clay/ mud bottom, own jetty and boat. Log cottage 2005, living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms double bed in each, sleeping loft 4 beds, washroom, sauna, porch. There is a hot tub in the terrace for rent (rent per booking period, customer fills it by himself with water, heats with wood and empties it at the end by himself, payment directly to the owner). The tub cannot be rented if winter weather is really cold.
