Wooden cottage 1950, renovated 2008-2009, living room/kitchen, bedroom double bed, small sleeping alcove 1 bed, bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, clothes closet. Downstairs sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom with shower and hot water cauldron, dressing room, bedroom 2 beds. Terrace 20 m². Living room has wood-burning stove for heating purposes.

45 km east of Helsinki, Gulf of Finland/ Pepparbotten 30 m, opposite shore 100 m, chalet located in sheltered bay, shallow, hard sand bottom, further out mud bottom, own boat + outboard motor. Wooden villa built on slope 1970, sauna ja shower renovated 2000. In villa there is kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms: First bed room with double bed (180 cm wide), second bedroom (also used as a workroom) double bed (150 cm wide) and sleeping sofa (120 cm wide), third bedroom double bed (160 cm wide), washroom with 2 showers, sauna (elec. stove), open porch (30 m²). Two of the bedromos are also used as owner's workrooms when there are no customers. This place is not rented for groups consisting of under 25 years old people. 80 km west of Helsinki, lake Lohjanjärvi 40 m (largest lake in district Uusimaa, 10 x 10 km), shallow, slightly sloping, hard bottom, deeper clay, jetty, own rowboat (outboard motor shown in the picture is not in use). Cozy complex built in 1968. The bedrooms are divided so that there are four bedrooms in the main cottage, two bedrooms in the sleeping cottage and double bed in the lakeside sauna. Main cottage (115 m2), living room with extra bed, kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with antique bunk bed, bedroom with single bed, 2 x separate indoor toilets (one renovated in 2021 and the other in 2022), shower, glazed veranda with large dining table, terrace. During winter glazed veranda is cold and is used as a storage room. Travel beds for two children. Air source heat pump. Note! There is no TV. In a separate sleeping cottage (35 m2, can be used year-round) there are two bedrooms with 2 beds in each, one bedroom downstairs and one bedroom upstairs. Electric heating, refrigerator, outdoor dry toilet (no indoor toile). To upstairs quite steep stairs (stairs are outside under the canopy). Sleeping cottage is located about 50 m from the main cottage. Separete lakeside sauna (20 m²) is year-round available and renovated in 2025%3B wood-burning stove, dressing room. No running water, water has to be carried (during summer from the lake, during winter from the main cottage). The water is heated in the stove's heater tank. There is separate entrance from the terrace to the sauna's "bedroom" with double bed (160 cm wide) and two wardrobes. Please note that bed linen is not included in the price, so please bring it with you or choose the amount of bed linen you need from the additional services, thank you. NOTE! It is NOT allowed to bring a ltrailer hot tub / hot tub on wheels with you.

Saarentaus is a charming dry land rental cabin in a peaceful area, ideal for a relaxing getaway. This destination is meant for peaceful vacations, and guests are expected to respect the peace of the neighbors. 75 km north of Helsinki, public beach is situated on the shore of Lake Hunttijärvi (4.7 km away). Round log cabin 1991, bathroom facilities renovated in 2014. The cabin features an open-plan kitchen-living room on the ground floor, a glazed terrace, a bathroom with a WC and a shower, hydro massage bath (freely available), as well as an electric sauna. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms (without doors in between), one with two double beds and the other with two single beds, as well as a balcony. Please note that all sleeping arrangements are located upstairs. The water comes from the well all the way inside, but since the well water is not tested every year, it is not recommended for drinking water. The owner supplies customers with drinking water separately before each reservation. In the yard, there is a wood-burning sauna next to the grill area, and a covered seating area. The hot tub is available year-round for an extra charge, with a freezing limit of -15 degrees Celsius.

Wooden villa 2000, living room-kitchen (2 sofa beds, spread out 160 cm wide), bedroom with double bed, shower room / WC, sauna (electric stove), hall, glazed terrace (the glass wall facing sea can be completely opened). There is a fireplace on the terrace. Washer in the bedroom behind a curtain. Under floor heating in the bedroom and shower room / toilet. Air source heat pump. Solar energy is also used to heat the villa. Cot (baby's travel bed) and high chair available only by pre-booking. Barbecue hut where gas grill and wood heated grill. The reservation includes 3 wooden baskets of firewood. There is a hydro massage bath outdoors for rent at the price of 300 euros for the weekend, 450 euros for the whole week inc. towels. Note!
