Log cottage 2002, kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed, small bedroom with 1 bed, sauna (wood-burning stove), washing room (shower), dressing room, toilet, hallway and large partially-covered terrace spaces. Separate outbuilding accommodation possibility for 2 persons (electric heating, wood stove, hot plate and fridge). The outbuilding is located right next to the main cottage. In the woodshed there is a movable extra bed and a youth bed (for a child approx. 3-10 yrs old) which can be taken into use if necessary. There is a garage next to the outbuilding and it is in owner's own use (owner will not use it when the cottage is booked for customers). Cot %3D baby's travel bed is available for pre-order. The washing machine has integrated tumble dryer in it. A new kitchen stove has been bought 09 / 2017 (ceramic stove with a convection oven). Please, notice that there isn't television in this cabin. There are two accommodation buildings so the place is suitable for customers who appreciate the possibility to accommodate in two separate buildings. Yard area is spacious and bright, upper part flat. There is a slope to the beach but there is good stairs to the beach. Lohjanjärvi is a clear watered lake and rich in fish. The nearest neighbor (distance 130 m, not within sight in the summer) is owned by the same family. In 200 m distance there is owner's second rental cottage, 13795 Ranta-Iivari. Cozy complex built in 1968. The bedrooms are divided so that there are four bedrooms in the main cottage, two bedrooms in the sleeping cottage and double bed in the lakeside sauna.
