Wooden cottage 1959, renovated 1994, refurbished 2006 and 2024, living room/ kitchen sofa bed (1-2 persons, 140 cm) sleeping alcove with door: twin bed for 2, sleeping alcove with door: separate beds 2 x 80 cm, small (wood heated) sauna indoors, shower is in sauna, laundry area with sink. Steep slope to the shore (about 30 m), several stairs on the way. There is mobile broadband internet connection in the cottage (no extra charge). Also equipped with: Coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Small cottage in peaceful location, only about 30 min drive from Helsinki. Splendid lake views from cottage. Nearest neighbour is owner, no other neighbours close by. Cottage plot fenced to facilitate vacations of families with young children. Outdoor playhouse. Spacious living room/kitchen, small sleeping alcoves with doors. Cottage's small sauna takes only 1-2 people at a time (top bench 1 Place). Toilet works with pump (the use of toilet differs slightly from standard toilet). Steep slope to shore 30 m. Lake well socked with fish (hook and line available). Authentic Finnish lakeside sauna from year 1931 at short walking distance from cottage, possibility to reserve it for extra price (from 60 euros in summer, in winter by agreement), also wellness activities, organic health and beauty products available, additional information and bookings from the owner. Service languages of owner: Finnish, Swedish, English and French (also some German, Danish, Norwegian, Flemish and Dutch). Veikkola 8 km (stores, services, pharmacy, events), Kirkkonummi and Espoo 20 km. Cafe and interior decoration shop 2 km, horseback riding with ponies and horses possible at stables close by (about 4,5 km), Hvitträsk-museum and restaurant 14 km (closed on Jan-Feb), Kurk Golf 12 km, Serena Ski and spa about 40 km and Peuramaa Ski and Golf about 20 km. Both downhill skiing places are suitable for small children and Serena water amusement park is fun for whole family. Note! Obligatory key deposit 100 €, payment in cash on the spot. If you have children with you, please inform their age. Owner will bring high chair and travel bed ready, if needed.

35 km west of Helsinki, L.Tampaja 7 m (length 1.5 km, width 1.5 km), shallow and hard sand/moraine bottom with clay bottom further out, own rowing boat. Splendid log chalet 1991, kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with bad room and double bed. Upstairs: large bedroom with double bed and 2 separate beds. Lounge single bed and convertible sofa/double bed. Downstairs: bedroom two single beds, room with fireplace (home theatre), sauna (electric stove), washroom 2 showers, dressing room, utility room. Downstairs has underfloor heating. Total of 4 WCs. Chalet has internet connection. Large terrace areas. On plot also separate lakeshore sauna and a hot tub for 6 persons. The lake side sauna and hot tube in use only 15.5.-31.10. Note! The hot tub is included in the prices only if the customer is committed to follow the instructions given by the owner. Please note: check-in on arrival day at 5 p.m. Rented only for families or groups of firms (not to young people under 30 years of age). Final cleaning is included in rent. Big robust log house by small crystal clear lake. Large grassy courtyard just by bright lake, pier, also shallow water for children. In the yard there is also a storage building for tools of the owner. At the cottage you can play "mölkky" and dartboard. In addition there is 2 bicycles. Helsinki sights 35 km, Vihti-Ski 20 km, Peuramaa ski and golf 25 km, Serena Water Amusement Park 30 km, Gumböle-golf 12 km, 30 km Porkkala. Change day Friday during high season in summer time.
