Steep slope to the shore (about 30 m), several stairs on the way. There is mobile broadband internet connection in the cottage (no extra charge). 35 km west of Helsinki, L.Tampaja 7 m (length 1.5 km, width 1.5 km), shallow and hard sand/moraine bottom with clay bottom further out, own rowing boat. Splendid log chalet 1991, kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with bad room and double bed. Upstairs: large bedroom with double bed and 2 separate beds. Lounge single bed and convertible sofa/double bed. Downstairs: bedroom two single beds, room with fireplace, sauna (electric stove), washroom 2 showers, dressing room, utility room. Downstairs has underfloor heating. Total of 4 WCs. Chalet has internet connection. Large terrace areas. On plot also separate lakeshore sauna and a hot tub for 6 persons. The lake side sauna and hot tube in use only 15.5.-31.10. Note! The hot tub is included in the prices only if the customer is committed to follow the instructions given by the owner. Please note: check-in on arrival day at 5 p.m. Rented only for families or groups of firms (not to young people under 30 years of age). Final cleaning is included in rent.

The floating sauna boat includes a living room/kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm when opened), a dressing room, a separate freezing composting toilet, and a wood-heated sauna with direct access to swimming steps into the sea%E2%80%94ice swimming is also possible in winter. Water from the shower and taps is cold, but can be easily heated in a water tank on the side of the sauna stove. The cabin includes a living room/kitchen, a separate WC, and a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. The loft has another double bed and two additional single beds. You can enjoy spectacular views directly to the sea from the benches of the electric sauna (instant ready sauna stove). The washroom has a shower and a small dressing room. The sun shines on the cabin from morning to evening, and the spacious terrace is perfect for admiring sunsets and grilling. From the private pier, you have access to the sea via swimming steps. The shore deepens quickly, which is important to consider when holidaying with children. Two SUP boards and a rowing boat are available for guests (included in the rental price). In winter, you can enjoy ice swimming. Excellent fishing waters begin right from the shore. The owner also rents out the adjacent cabin, Villa Varis (17507).
