Log cottage 1996, partly renovated 2011 and 2015, living room/kitchen convertible sofa/double bed, bedroom double bed, sauna (electric stove), washroom shower and WC, porch. Fridge-freezer. Air source heat pump. Gas grill. Woodshed and a shelter for waste container on the yard, built in 2014. For rent there is a wood fired hot tub. The tub will be transported on site for an agreed period and is mounted on a trailer chassis. The tub is available for rent all year, but from November 1 to March 30 there is a freezing limit of -10 Celcius and a maximum rental period of 2 days. The tub should be booked directly from the owner at least 2 weeks before the holiday. The tub is also rented outside the cottage, so make sure you book it early enough. The tub will be delivered on the day of order (in check in day 16:00 and 12:00 on other days). The first heating is provided by the renter, heating time approx 2-3 hours. The price includes filling (lake water) and emptying and washing after use. If the rental period is longer, any water changes are made by the renter himself. This rental cabin is well-suited for hosting events, including big parties. The dining room has seating and tableware for 60 people. You can also get a catering service for your party from the owner. Accommodation is available for 13 people, and during the summer, additional accommodation can be booked in the sleeping sheds from the owner. There are five sleeping sheds, each accommodating four people. Wooden villa, an old camp center, was built in 1936 and renovated in 2023. The kitchen is equipped with industrial appliances, and the dining room has seating for 60 people. Bedroom 1 includes two beds, bedroom 2 has two beds and an alcove has one bed. Dining area/utility kitchen, two WCs, a shower, and an electric sauna. On the upper floor, there is a hall and five bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has one bed, bedroom 4 has two beds, bedroom 5 has two beds, bedroom 6 has two beds, and bedroom 7 has one bed. Some of the bedrooms do not have windows, and there is a WC. Access to the upper floor is available both from inside and directly from outside. The lakeside sauna (2023) includes a dressing room, WC, shower, and wood-heated sauna stove. There is a covered patio.

For summer use only (May-September): Separate sauna building 2008 (10 m²), wood-burning stove, heater tank, lake water pump, electric light. A barbecue terrace, wood grill, fish smoking possibility, electrical socket. Carport. Cellar. Tap water contains iron which causes some colour to water, but the water is safe to drink. Clients can bring drinking water if they want. There is a security deposit of 150 euro. Paid on arrival by cash.

Price includes 280 m² of this 2-part building%3B other half can be rented separately (e.g. for parties/celebrations). Note: there are no parties or celebrations on the other side when this half of the house is rented out to holidaymakers! Downstairs: sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom 2 showers, dressing room, in separate room a hydro massage bath accommodating 2 people, lounge/bar room, separate WC, utility room washing machine and spin drier, hall/lobby.
