Additionally, own lakeside sauna (13 m²) and roofed grill. Some trees have been cut down from the yard. From pictures number four and five you can see the current amount of trees. The cottage has an air source heat pump, but it is not in use. The cottage was painted in May 2025.

This rental cabin is well-suited for hosting events, including big parties. The dining room has seating and tableware for 60 people. You can also get a catering service for your party from the owner. Accommodation is available for 13 people, and during the summer, additional accommodation can be booked in the sleeping sheds from the owner. There are five sleeping sheds, each accommodating four people. Wooden villa, an old camp center, was built in 1936 and renovated in 2023. The kitchen is equipped with industrial appliances, and the dining room has seating for 60 people. Bedroom 1 includes two beds, bedroom 2 has two beds and an alcove has one bed. Dining area/utility kitchen, two WCs, a shower, and an electric sauna. On the upper floor, there is a hall and five bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has one bed, bedroom 4 has two beds, bedroom 5 has two beds, bedroom 6 has two beds, and bedroom 7 has one bed. Some of the bedrooms do not have windows, and there is a WC. Access to the upper floor is available both from inside and directly from outside. The lakeside sauna (2023) includes a dressing room, WC, shower, and wood-heated sauna stove. There is a covered patio.

Price includes 280 m² of this 2-part building%3B other half can be rented separately (e.g. for parties/celebrations). Note: there are no parties or celebrations on the other side when this half of the house is rented out to holidaymakers! Downstairs: sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom 2 showers, dressing room, in separate room a hydro massage bath accommodating 2 people, lounge/bar room, separate WC, utility room washing machine and spin drier, hall/lobby. On middle floor: glazed porch, kitchen, living room extra double bed, bathroom/WC, terrace.
