30 km west of Savonlinna, L.Iijärvi 20 m (length 4 km, width 0.6 km), hard sand bottom, shallow shore, (suitable for children), gently deepening, mud further out, jetty, own boat. Log cottage 1996, partly renovated 2011 and 2015, living room/kitchen convertible sofa/double bed, bedroom double bed, sauna (electric stove), washroom shower and WC, porch. Fridge-freezer. Air source heat pump. Gas grill. Woodshed and a shelter for waste container on the yard, built in 2014. For rent there is a wood fired hot tub. The tub will be transported on site for an agreed period and is mounted on a trailer chassis. The tub is available for rent all year, but from November 1 to March 30 there is a freezing limit of -10 Celcius and a maximum rental period of 2 days. The tub should be booked directly from the owner at least 2 weeks before the holiday. The tub is also rented outside the cottage, so make sure you book it early enough. The tub will be delivered on the day of order (in check in day 16:00 and 12:00 on other days). The first heating is provided by the renter, heating time approx 2-3 hours. The price includes filling (lake water) and emptying and washing after use. If the rental period is longer, any water changes are made by the renter himself. Payment on the spot at the start of the rental in cash or MobilePay. Price during year 2020: 200 € / 2 days (eg. Saturday-Sunday) additional days 25 € / day

For summer use only (May-September): Separate sauna building 2008 (10 m²), wood-burning stove, heater tank, lake water pump, electric light. A barbecue terrace, wood grill, fish smoking possibility, electrical socket. Carport. Cellar. Tap water contains iron which causes some colour to water, but the water is safe to drink. Clients can bring drinking water if they want. There is a security deposit of 150 euro. Paid on arrival by cash.

On the upper floor, there is a bedroom (11 m²) with two beds. In the open loft, there are two additional sleeping places available by using spreadable bed, balcony.
