A peaceful, modern summer cabin near the city, yet in its own tranquility. The cabin is well-suited for year-round holidays, with activities nearby for both summer and winter vacations. Pets are also welcome here. 19 km to the east from Jyväskylä, Lake Palvajärvi 50 m, shallow sandy beach, own pier, rowing boat. Board-cladded cabin (built in 2013), features a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a heat-storing fireplace, and two sofa beds (one 130x190 cm and the other 140x180 cm). In the bedroom, there is a 120x200 cm bed and a 80x200 cm bed. The cabin includes a bathroom with a shower and WC, an electric sauna, and an additional separate WC. The terrace has a gas grill and patio furniture, providing a great view of the lake. Please note that the upper floor of the building is not accessible to customers. By the beach, in summer use (from mid May till end of September), a separate lakeside sauna with a wood-burning stove (water must be carried from the lake). The sauna also has a dressing room/living area. The property includes a garage, which is not available for customer use. There is an electric outlet on the cabin's wall, allowing charging for electric cars. Flat, spacious lawn. Nearby attractions include: Ysitien Lemmikki (animal park) 1.6 km, Mustanvuori outdoor area (excellent ski trails or summer walking routes) 6 km, Ruuhimäki Circuit (karting track) 9.5 km, Jyväskylä 19 km, and Revontuli Golf 32 km. The famous Ruuhimäki special stage of the Jyväskylä World Rally Championship 9 km (the special stages vary annually, so please check if Ruuhimäki is part of the route).

Lakeside sauna, steam room, dressing room with stove and electric heater, spreadable sofa bed 140 x 190 cm. Water to the lakeside sauna must be brought by using bucket. There is a cooking hut with electric lighting in the yard. A separate outdoor toilet by the lake. Garage, storehouse and greenhouse on the plot. These facilities are not available for the guests. On a sunny day, the sun is shining all day long to the grassy flat large plot. A game area in the yard with a volleyball net. Different sizes of lifejackets available. Fishing is allowed in the water area located in front of the cabin. There are other fishing areas nearby. In order to fish on those areas, you will need a separate fishing permit. Areas are marked with signs located by the lake. You can buy a fishing permit from the Mustan Korpin Saluuna (distance from the cabin 5,5 km). Special stages of Neste Rally Finland within reasonable distance. Please check the locations of special stages from the official rally guide. Level, grassy and sunny plot. Swimming beach ideal for children. Nearest ski trails at Häkärinne, distance 10 km. Hankasalmi 20 km, Revontuli Golf 14 km. Owner rents out electric outboard motor, hot tub, 3 bicycles, snowmobile, snowshoes and walking poles. Check in/ out Friday.

48 km west of Jyväskylä. Lake Naulameronen 15 m (length 3 km, breadth 2 km), shallow water, firm sand/mud bottom. Own boat. Log cabin 1997, kitchen, living room with an extra bed, bedroom with double beds, washing room (renovated 2021), sauna, open veranda. Upstairs: (steep stairs) bedroom with 3 beds, lobby with a sofabed, balcony. Additional fee for dogs 30 eur/dog paid in cash on site. The customer must take care of cleaning the dog's hair. A traditional log cabin by the lake. Good outdoor and camping terrains in the area. Mushroom and berry fields are also nearby. Tap water comes from a borehole and has some iron content, so it can occasionally have color and taste problems. The water has been tested and it is safe to use as drinking water. If desired, clients can bring drinking water with them. Possibility for horse riding 20 km. LAAJAVUORI ski resort 33 km.

Horse stable HILLSIDE STABLE 5 km, Muurame Golf 10 km, Riihivuori ski resort (lower station) 2 km.
