Cottage has two showers, baking oven, wood-burning stove, and on lake shore a heatable grill tepee (20 m²). In summer, an activities area in yard where games like corona and table tennis can be played.

Log cabin 1975, kitchenette, living room with 2 extra beds, bedroom with 2 beds, dressing room, sauna, verandas on 3 sides of the cottage. Entrance to the toilet from the outside/from terrace.

65 km south-west of Jyväskylä, L.Toivasjärvi 30 m (length 5 km, width 300 m), dredged and sanded shore, deepens quickly, own boat. Laminated log house 2009, downstairs two bedrooms, 2 beds in each, living room extra bed for 2. Kitchen area, sauna, washroom, hall, large porch on two sides of house. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, 2 beds in each, separate WC and lounge with extra double bed. There is movable children's bed, high chair, some children toys, SAT-TV (Finland and Russia), dvd-/karaoke-equipment, Wi-Fi. Downstairs is suitable for disabled persons.

Log cabin with cozy decor and large windows offering a great view of Lake Keitele. 90 km north of Jyväskylä, Lake Keitele 25 m, a pier, private rowing boat, shallow beach with sandy bottom. Log cabin (built in 2011) comprises a living room/kitchen, living area with a heat storing fireplace and air source heat pump, dining table for six, and a sofa. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed. Separate WC, sauna with a wood-burning sauna stove, and a bathroom with a shower and hydro massage bath. The upper floor includes another double bed, a sofa bed measuring 135 x 185 cm, and two additional beds (70 x 190 cm and 80 x 170 cm), suitable for children. In the yard, there is a wood-heated hot tub available for an additional fee (not available for rent in winter), inquiries are to be made to the owner. A cooking hut by the beach will be completed in the summer of 2024. A traditional smoke sauna can be rented for €200, more information from the owner. Note: It takes 5-6 hours to heat the smoke sauna. The cabin provides a badminton net and rackets, a kayak, a pedal boat, a rowing boat, and a children's water slide by the beach. The cabin is only available for peaceful vacation stays.

Villa Luoto is a stylishly decorated villa situated on the shores of Lake Päijänne. Located on a rocky slope, the villa offers magnificent views of the lake from the inside the house and its terraces. The villa is located near the center of Korpilahti town. It is 30 km to Jyväskylä and approximately 30 km to Jämsä/Himos. The sandy beach cove deepens over a distance of about 10 meters and is safe for children. The log villa was completed in 2024 and features a spacious living room/kitchen and two bedrooms (an additional bed is available in the living room). The living room has a heat-storing fireplace and an air-source heat pump. Heating is provided by electric underfloor heating. The sauna (electric sauna stove), shower room, WC, and utility room are located in the other part of the building, accessible from the glazed terrace. The outdoor hydro massage bath on the terrace is available for an additional fee. The villa has a 4G Wi-Fi modem for internet use. On the beach is an almost hundred-year-old renovated wood-heated sauna and sauna cabin. The sauna cabin has a sofa bed (for 2 people). The lakeside sauna is available for use between May 1st and October 30th. Charging of electric/hybrid cars with your own charging device is permitted for an additional fee (16A). The destination is only rented for peaceful use.

Local road number 644 runs between the cottage and the shore, traffice noise can be heard at the cottage. Child-friendly sandy beach in Toivakka centre 4.5 km. Villa Paasirinne B is located on a sunny flat lawn plot. The well-kept yard area is rich in flowering shrubs and groups of perannas that provide also privacy. Wooden cottage, built in 1940, expanded in 1995 and renovated, and equipment renovated in 2012/2018. The living room / kitchen has a sofa that can be used as 2 separate beds, the bedroom has a double bed. Laundry room (washing machine), sauna, entrance hall (with freezer), small porch-terrace. Under floor heating. In the cottage Air heat pump for cooling and heating. The kitchen is also equipped with e.g. toaster, kettle, coffee maker, tableware for six people and versatile cooking utensils, in addition to an electric and wooden stove with a small baking oven. A mandatory key deposit of EUR 150 will be charged on site. Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the reservation.

Log cabin (2002) and wood-heated lakeside sauna (2024). Shallow beach with a sandy bottom, a long pier, own rowing boat. The cabin includes two sofas, a heat-storing fireplace, a wood stove, Google TV, and an air source heat pump. A long dining group seats eight. The stylishly furnished kitchenette is well-equipped for preparing and serving meals. The washroom has a shower cubicle and a WC. The upper floor has two double beds. The ~10 m² upper floor has sloping ceilings and relatively steep stairs. The bedside lamps are equipped with USB-A ports for charging phones and other devices. A 120/10 Mbps internet connection and wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi modem) are available. The separate 32 m² wood-heated sauna by the lake includes a dressing room with a fridge/freezer compartment. The washroom has a shower and hand basin. The sauna features a wood-heated stove, with dark walls and light benches creating a peaceful atmosphere. Windows provide a lovely view of the lake and yard. The lakeside sauna includes two sleeping areas – one with a double bed, the other with a 120 x 200 cm bed, and an air source heat pump. Bedside lights here also have USB-A ports. The two sofas in the cabin's living area are sofa beds, which convert into extra beds of 140 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm. The covered porch has furniture for 8 people and a spacious gas grill. Please note that the cabin is rented for a maximum of 8 guests for peaceful vacationing. The water in the well has been tested and found to be good and clean. An electric outboard motor for the rowing boat can be rented directly from the owner, price 25 €/reservation. There is an electric car charger in the cabin's parking space. For an additional fee, you can use the charging station to charge your electric car or heat your car in winter. The charger options are a 16A Schuko socket and a Type 2 plug model. Charging is done with the renter's own charging cable.
