Pond Havulampi has an area of 7 hectares, with a depth of over 9 meters at the center, and is a clean, dark-water pond. The shore has a pier and a rowing boat. The bottom is muddy and deepens quickly. The beach name is Tervastanhua. There is no settlement on the opposite shore. The wooden cabin features a dining hall and a living room/kitchen. There is one bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom has a WC and shower cubicle. The loft, accessed via steep, narrow ladder-like stairs, includes sofas and a double bed. On the upper level of the loft, there is a cozy sleeping area with three floor mattresses. The loft does not have heating. The cabin is also equipped with a large, glazed living area with space for lounging and dining. In the yard, there is a separate wood-heated sauna by a small grassy pond.
