Very compact apartment with a functional lay out in Välirakka, about 2,5km from Levi Center. The apartment was renovated in summer 2019. It has a new spacious kitchen, living room, renovated bathroom, sauna and a separate toilet. It has one bedroom downstairs with two separate beds. In addition there are a kitchen, living area, sauna, bathroom and a separate toilet. The open lay-out balcony has three separate beds. There is a skiing equipment maintenance space, storage for firewood and a bbq hut in shared use at the estate.

The A-side of Ylläksen Alppitalo cabin, completed in 2002, has undergone a major transformation following a full renovation completed in January 2025. The spacious cabin comfortably accommodates 6–8 guests. The cabin is located just a short walk from the nearest main ski trail and Länsiraja ski lift, with other services of Ylläs Ski Resort approx. 1 km away, depending on whether you travel on foot or by car. The open-plan kitchen and living area are perfect for spending time together and socializing with the whole group. The kitchen features a large dining table, while the living area has a spacious corner sofa, a 55” LG TV with a Soundbar, and HD-quality channels via a digital set-top box. Guests can also access their own streaming services. On the upper floor, there is another internet-connected TV. The high-speed fiber-optic internet ensures a fast and stable connection, making remote work convenient. The downstairs bedroom has two separate 80 x 200 cm beds. The upstairs glass-walled bedroom also features two separate 80 x 200 cm beds and a TV. There is also storage in the bedroom for personal belongings, extra mattresses, and removable safety gates for the stairs. The third bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and for added convenience, there is a WC in the stairwell.

Beautiful log house in the middle of the Pyhätunturi tourist center. The view to the stunning Pyhä Fell opens directly from the windows and the skiing tracks are located behind the house. The house lies near by all the services. To ensure a smooth holiday, we always recommend ordering a final cleaning in advance. 52 km north from Kemijärvi. Round log semi-detached house built in 2000 with living room/kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed, washroom/toilet and sauna (electric stove). Upstairs open loft with one bed, bedroom with double bed and bedroom with 2 mattresses. Lobby and open porch. If final cleaning has not been ordered and has not been done properly by the customer, the final cleaning fee will be charged double in arrears.

130 km north of Rovaniemi, 3 km north of Sodankylä center, Kitinen river 35 m, natural riverside, deep shore, rocky bottom, occasionally strong water flow (beach only for persons who can swim), no pier. Within a kilometer distance from the cottage in the upstream direction is Kelukoski power station, whose ripples cause strong changes in water flow. From the cottage there is no visibility to the power station. Log house, built in 1997, living room foldable sofa bed for two, kitchenette, sauna (woodstove), washroom/toilet and covered porch.
