Own plot to the beach. 52 km to the north from Kemi, 63 km to the southwest from Rovaniemi, Kemijoki 140 m, natural shallow beach is rocky, flat and lawn yard with plantings. On the ground floor, living room/kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds, conservatory, sauna, wood-burning sauna stove in the sauna, washroom, utility room, large entrance hall and covered terrace. On the upper floor, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, lobby area, WC and balcony.

Welcome to the newly built Merikataja cabin, located on the shore of the Bothnian Bay on a private lot of approximately one hectare. The building is divided into two separate sections, allowing for both private and common time to be arranged effortlessly. One section contains a living area, a fireplace, a modern kitchen, and a cozy bedroom with a double bed. In the other section, you can relax in the sauna or by the fireplace, and it can also be used for overnight stays if needed. The cabin features a full-width terrace with stunning westward views of the sea. Large sliding glass doors provide seamless access to the terrace and offer extensive sea views from inside as well. There is a swimming area at the shore, along with a boat and a canoe. During the summer, you can hike, mountain bike, or pick berries in the surrounding forests, while in winter, you can enjoy skiing and snowmobiling directly on the frozen sea.

Villa Vaara is a charming holiday cabin situated on the rapids of Matkakoski on the Torne river (River Tornio). This idyllic spot offers its visitors a splendid opportunity to enjoy nature and tranquility while providing various activities and attractions nearby. It's an ideal place for anglers and paddlers. Additionally, there are hiking trails in the area suitable for nature lovers and hikers. In winter, the area also offers a chance for downhill skiing at Aavasaksa Ski Resort, located approx. 35 km away from the cabin. Villa Vaara is an excellent spot for those who want to work remotely while enjoying an inspiring environment. The peaceful and nature-oriented surroundings also offer a chance for relaxation and stress relief. The cabin is located 37 km north of Tornio city center on the banks of the Torne river. The impressive Matkakoski rapids are just 150 m away. The cabin offers a magnificent view of the river. Due to the strong current, the beach is not suitable for swimming. On the ground floor of the cabin, there is a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed. Sauna, shower room/WC are also on this floor, along with a covered terrace. The upper floor has a double bed and one single bed. From the upper floor, there is access to a balcony with a stunning view of the river and the Swedish side. Please note that the stairs leading to the upper floor are steep. There is a shared cooking hut between two cabins. Closer to the beach, there is also a spacious lean-to and a campfire site. This lean-to can also be used by guests from another cabin (Villa Vonka). Final cleaning and pre-made bed linen are included in the rent.
