Nice views of the lake and fells from the windows and terrace. 430 km to the northwest from Rovaniemi, located by lake Ala-Kilpisjärvi, 65 m distance to the shore, natural beach, shallow, rocky (not suitable for swimming), very fresh water, rowing boat. Wood-built villa, built in 2022. Living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, both with 2 beds, in the another bedroom also double mattress pad available. Sauna, washroom, utility room with WC and separate WC. The living room couch works as an extra bed. In kitchen freezer there is one box reserved for customers (others are in owner's use).
