Levin Aurinkorinne is a bright and cozy ski-in/ski-out holiday apartment completed in 2022, with an excellent location in the Tieva area of Levi, between the South and West slopes. This peaceful 36 m² corner apartment is located on the top (4th) floor of a building with an elevator. No shared walls with neighbors. The apartment features a combined kitchen and living room area, a separate bedroom with a double bed (can be separated into two single beds), and a sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room. The compact bathroom includes a sauna and toilet. A large, fully glazed balcony spans the entire width of the apartment, offering stunning views of Aakenustunturi and the West slopes. The apartment comes with a private parking space equipped with a power outlet, suitable for charging electric or hybrid vehicles. Apartment's location offers a reasonable distance to Levi's center and its amenities. Inside the apartment, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room, which also features a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements if needed. The kitchenette provides an opportunity to prepare delicious meals, and the private sauna allows you to unwind after a day of activities. This two-story apartment has kitchen, living room, bathroom and sauna on the first floor. There is also an entrance to a sunny balcony. Fireplace is not in use. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. Main bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has one single bed and two murphy beds. There are entrances to balconies from both bedrooms. The balconies are shared with the neighbour. Second floor also has a separate toilet. You are free to use two bikes that belong to the apartment during your holiday. There is also a free use of golf share. The apartments also have a share room for ski maintenance. ATTN! Cottage can be rented for families, couples and small groups having peaceful holiday. Traditional lappish cabin, built in 1993, located in Ylläsjärvi village's Ahvenkangas area for those who seek peace and quiet on their holiday. The ground floor has one bedroom with a double bed. There are two bed sofas in the living room area. Kitchen and sauna with wood-burning stove. Loft has steep stairs and three mattresses. The closest official starting point of the ski trails is at Ylläsjärvi village, but a couple of kilometers away, the trail goes across Ahvenkangas. Barbecue hut is in the yard.

All upstairs bedrooms have their own bathroom with toilet and shower. One bedroom has own balcony. The dinner table in the house is for twelve people. There is wireless internet broadband. Storage and maintenance facilities for golf and ski equipment in separate garage. Sauna department has covered terrace. A travel cot for baby can be reserved for an additional fee (also includes baby blanket, pillow, sheets and bath towel, the additional fee is valid for reservations made from February 1, 2024), a high chair is free of charge upon pre-order. There is a 24-person conference and dining room between the apartments. In the room there is also minikitchen and video box. The room is available for rent at a separate price (the next door apartment can also rent the same space, then it can be rented according to availability). If customers book both apartments of the house, the conference space can be used without any compensation.
