Cottage Metsä-Luosto is silver log built cosy and peaceful cottage and located in the walking distance from the services in Luosto. Location is peaceful by the pond Ahvenlampi. Cottage is suitable for meetings and family parties as well as for business use. There are 8 double bedrooms, additionally convertible sofas in three of these bedrooms. Kitchen, separate dining room, big living room, 4 toilets with shower. Drying cabinet in the hall. In the kitchen there are 2 big refridgerators, freezer and dishwasher. Electric heated, spacious (80 m²) lake-side sauna in the separate building, 3 showers and toilet. Metsä-Luosto is protected as a valuable building heritage site. Its old part was built in 1975. The model was the old forestry cabins, so the room distribution is in accordance with them. The goal of the design has been to combine a modest, nature-friendly exterior with the interiors of its time. The accommodation wing was built in the mid-1970s, and the beach sauna and outbuildings in the 1980s. The rooms in the accommodation wing do not have mechanical ventilation, only ventilation windows. This cozy 35 m² log cabin is located just 110 km north of Rovaniemi and 8 km west of Luosto Ski Resort, in the peaceful area of Perhe-Luosto. The cabin is built in 1995, the sauna was renovated in 2021 and the surface renovation was done in 2025, so the atmosphere is rustic but fresh. Downstairs (45 m²) there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, where the living room and kitchen-dining room combine into a comfortable living area. There is also a bathroom and a wood-heated sauna - just like a proper cabin should be! The upper loft (18 m²) has a 160 cm wide double bed in its own privacy and the living room downstairs has a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide when opened, so it can accommodate 2–4 people comfortably. Those traveling with pets have access to a fenced area in the yard for their pets. Ski slopes, cross-country ski trails, sledding trails and hiking trails are all nearby – and yet you can enjoy the silence, the starry sky and the peace of Lapland's nature.

You can reach the ski trails within half a kilometer, and the slopes of Luosto Ski Resort are only one kilometer away. The cabin features a spacious living room/kitchen, three bedrooms (each with two separate 80 cm wide beds), an electric sauna, a washroom, and a separate WC. The cabin has been renovated, yet the atmosphere remains suitably cozy. The front and back terraces are perfect spots for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening, and there is also a proper campfire site in the yard. If desired, you can rent an additional smaller cabin on the property for an extra fee, accommodating 2–3 persons (2 separate 80 cm beds + sofa bed for one). This smaller cabin does not have running water or a WC. The smaller cabin can be booked through the "Other Expenses" additional service. Tervakko is a high-quality and well-equipped villa. The location is excellent in its own peace, about 8 km from the Luosto visitor center. You have direct access to the nature trail from the terrace by using a connecting route. In winter, you have access to the snowmobile trail network and freeride skiing sites. This spacious and airy building allows accommodation also for a larger group. One of the six bedrooms has 120 cm wide bed, and in the upstairs lobby is a single bed in addition to the sofa bed. In addition to the washing machine and tumble dryer, there are two drying cabinets in the utility room. The kitchen has two large refrigerators and chest freezer, as well as other necessary kitchen equipment, including coffee makers.
