A spacious and homely apartment in a detached log house built in 2005. Downstairs there is a large sitting room with a very well equipped kitchen, big dining table, corner sofa with TV and fireplace. Two bedrooms, one with 180 cm double bed, the other with two 80 cm single beds side by side. Electric sauna, washroom with two showers, separate toilet, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The spacious loft accommodates a toilet with a hydromassage shower cabinet, two sleeping areas with a 140 cm double bed and two single beds, a cosy corner with two sofas and TV, plus a group of two armchairs and a table. The apartment has good storage for clothing both downstairs and upstairs. The outdoor building (shared with B apartment) has facilities for storing and caring for skis, sledges for children, 3 kicksleds and firewood.

40 km north of Kolari, lake Äkäslompolo 1,5 km, swimming beach 3 km. Log semi-detached house apartment 2005. Livingroom/kitchen, bedroom: 2 beds, sauna (electric), washing room, shower, separate toilet, tumble dryer. Spacious loft with 3 beds (can be separated with courtains as 2+1). Pets are not allowed, but owner's own dog visits the cabin from time to time, so it is not suitable for people with allergies.

Charging an electric car or a hybrid car at this site is NOT ALLOWED, as the ground heat engine at the site may be damaged if there is an electrical overload. 53 km to the south from Rovaniemi, lake Särkikämä 25 m (length 4 km, width 2 km), shallow beach, hard sanded bottom, large pier, own rowing boat and electric outboard motor. Log cabin, built in 2020. Living room, kitchenette and dining area, 3 bedrooms, all with 2 beds, washroom/WC and large covered terrace. Lakeside sauna (32 m²) with steam room, washroom (2 showers) and dressing room. Kitchenette with kitchen sink, fridge, hotplates and coffee maker in the dressing room. There is also a covered porch (30 m²) with fireplace and hot tub and open terrace at the lakeside sauna. Please order the hot tub for extra fee from the owner latest 3 days before arrival. The owner will guide you in using the hot tub and will charge a usage fee on site (1-3 days € 150 and 4-7 days € 200 in 2025). The hot tub is oil heated and automated. Livingroom/kitchen with bed sofa, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed with an extendable lower portion), loft (sloping ceilings, low room height, floor area 18 m²) with four mattresses, electric sauna, washing room, storage room, toilet.

Cabin on a lawn plot by the big lake, nice bitch trees are also growing on the plot. Wood-heated lakeside sauna. Located on the border of Rovaniemi and Pello, a short distance to both. 53 km to the west from Rovaniemi, 47 km to the east from Pello, lake Raanujärvi 45 m (length 12 km, width 3 km), shallow beach, soft bottom, pier, rowing boat. Log paneled cabin, built in 1997. Living room / kitchen with two sofa beds, upstairs a double bed and two single beds (beds are 1 m wide), steep stairs to the loft, washroom / toilet, covered terrace and balcony. Lakeside sauna with steam room, dressing room and a terrace. The sauna has an electric light. Water can be pumped from the lake in summer, at other times the water must be carried with a bucket or transported by a sleigh from the cabin (35 m). There is no indoor sauna in the cabin. Campfire site by the lake. The fireeood available to the customer are in front of the warehouse. If the trees run out, the customer must purchase more himself. Pets are allowed, but please add final cleaning to your reservation if you have a pet with you.

170 km to the north from Rovaniemi, in the tourist center of Levi, in Isorakka area. Apartment in the semi-detached house, built in 1990. Ground floor 39 m², area of the floor in the loft 24 m².
