In addition, it's a short distance from both the ski slopes and the center of Levi, so you can enjoy winter activities and the diverse services offered by Levi. The apartment features a spacious living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two lofts, each with two beds. Please note that the lofts have steep stairs. There is no fence between the apartments on the terrace (uniform space). On the upper floor, two bedrooms, both with two single beds, lounge, sleeping alcove with 1 bed, WC also upstairs. Child safety gate on the upper floor. The cooking hut is shared with the neighboring apartment. The apartment has three TVs (living room, upstairs lounge and upstairs bedroom). The storage between the apartments is not available. Levi tourist center with all services and amenities 3.9 km, along the ski trail distance is 1.8 km. The distance to the lower station of the ski lift 5 is less than 100 m (natural snow slope, the ski lift is usually open in weeks 7-18). In connection with the lower station, there is a public cooking hut. It is open according to the opening hours of the ski slope. Illuminated ski trail, distance about 150 m. In front of the cabin there is a small pond guest can swim in the summer. Connecting track to the Ylläs trail network (300 m) directly from the yard. Bed linen available for rent.

Owner's house is near and own road lead to the cabin. The cabin is renewed and renovated in 2021. Living room/kitchen with sofa bed, sleeping alcove with double bed, washroom/WC and covered terrace. There is no sauna in the cabin. Final cleaning and bed linen are included in the prices. The double bed is pre-made and bed linen for the sofa bed is ready in the cabin. Pets allowed at extra fee, which is charged per pet. Please add a pet fee to your booking according to the number of pets. The area is peaceful and there is no traffic passing through. On the other side of the cabin is forest and railway. Only a couple of trains operate on the railway daily. On the neighboring plot, there is a construction yard of a row house. It is a very short distance to two sections of the ski trail network, and the ski resort is only 1.5 km away. Outside of the winter season, the resort can be reached via forest trails in 15 minutes. Living room/kitchen, 1 small bedroom (double bed), plus 2 extra beds in the loft (10m²). Sauna (electrically heated), shower, toilet. Other equipment: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, flat screen TV. The cabin is well suited for holidays, but if you want to go to Lapland for remote work, it suits well thanks to the fast Internet connection and working desk equipped with a screen. Because of the road, there are tree-free space in front of the terrace, so you can easily observe the northern lights by lying on the terraces table, for example. A child's travel bed and high chair are standard equipment in this cabin. The location is excellent for winter sports, ski trails and snowmobile trails are close by. Final cleaning is included in the price, bed linen can be rented. No pets allowed.
