An apartment in a log semi-detached house, built in 2005, offers a perfect combination of coziness and functionality for a holiday stay. The apartment has a floor area of 58 m² + a loft of 26 m². This beautiful apartment features two bedrooms: the ground floor bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the upper floor bedroom has two 80 cm wide beds. Additionally, the open loft has two 80 cm wide beds, and if needed, two ottomans can be converted into extra beds. There are good stairs to the loft and a children's gate at both the upper and lower end. The well-equipped kitchen, cozy living area, bathroom with a sauna and electric stove provide excellent facilities for a comfortable vacation. The apartment's sauna was renovated in 2020, and the furniture and beds were renewed in 2022. There are a total of 3 TVs in the apartment: Smart TV downstairs and 2 TVs upstairs (one in the open loft and one in the bedroom). Round log cabin, built in 1991 and located in a peaceful and private location near the fell Soutajatunturi. On the ground floor kitchen, bedroom with two beds 80*200 cm, sauna (electric sauna stove), washroom and open porch. In addition, sleeping loft (steep stairs), with 2 box springs, 80*200 cm. No child gate. There is an oven in the yard that can be used for grilling too. Soutajan Kuksa, as its Finnish name tells, is located near the fell Soutajatunturi. The nearest ski trail is 500 meters away, there is a total of about 150 km of ski trails in Pyhä-Luosto area. The Pyhä ski resort is about 3.5 km away, the North slope (Pohjoisrinne) is about 2.8 km. The Luosto ski resort is about 20 km away. There is Amethyst Spa in connection with Lapland Hotel Luostotunturi. The hiking trails of Pyhä-Luosto National Park are 3.5 km away. Along the trail networks you can hike in the summer, e.g. to Finland's deepest gorge, Isokuru, where you can see the breathtaking Pyhänkasteenputous waterfall. Along the hiking trails, it is possible to reach Pyhä-Luosto's highest fell, Noitatunturi, which is 540 m high. Some of the hiking trails are also mountain biking trails, and Pyhä has several companies that rent mountain bikes and fat bikes. From near the cabin, there is access to the Soutaja cycling route, which goes around Pyhäjärvi village. Along the way you can reach the summit of the fell Soutajatunturi if you wish. Situated in the woods besides the southern slopes, it is undisturbed by the noise of Levi center but still easily accessible being only a 10-minute car drive away from Kittilä airport and 7 minutes from Levi center. Ski bus service leaves every 30 minutes during the winter season and conveniently takes you to the closest grocery store or to the heart of Levi centre. In addition to hiking and mountain biking, don't miss the summer sled track experience or the Activity Park by the Gondoli2000 lift which guarantee fun-filled days regardless of age. The frisbee golf courses in Levi's fells are open 24 hours a day, and the Express and Gondoli2000 lift also transport you up the fell where you'll see Levi's stunning scenery under the arctic summer sun which differs vastly from the winters snowy landscape. In addition the villa has a dressing room, bathroom with two showers and a spacious sauna. Toilet is separate. There is space for two vehicles in front of the villa. In addition there is a garage on the other side of the street. Cottage is suitable best for couples or a families. This gorgeous log villa has been skillfully crafted and provides amazing grounds for both summer and winter holidays. Massive stone work fireplace and log wood lighting in the living room creates a great atmosphere. Sauna with log interior is big enough to give steam for a bigger group at once. Services of Levi center can be found within one kilometer from the villa and the closest slopes and cross-country skiing tracks can be reached in 5 minutes. Levi Golf is located within 3km from the villa and Levi Spa awaits only one kilometer away. Path that goes around Levi fell starts only few hundred meters from the villa and offers perfect terrain for cross-country skiing, day hiking or even riding a fatbike.
