The cabin has two cozy bedrooms upstairs – one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. There are also two extra beds in the loft. And best of all, the sauna will make you most relax. There are large terraces in the front and back yards of the cabin. There is also a large storage room in the yard, which is perfect for maintaining and storing hobby equipment. The area's recreational opportunities are good, straight from your backyard is the ski trails 100 meters away, Levi Ski Resort is only a kilometer away. There's also a golf course just around the corner. This is a place that combines a convenient location, diverse activities and relaxing cottage life. The 75 m² apartment features a living room/kitchen, a bathroom/sauna, and a separate WC. On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms and an additional WC. Additionally, there's a balcony accessible either from the living room or the bathroom, featuring an additional chargeable outdoor hot tub. Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms, each with two 90 x 200 cm beds. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be converted into two extra beds. Child gates are provided at both the top and bottom of the stairs. The second bedroom upstairs has a skylight that can be blacked out with an electrically operated blackout blind if needed. Final cleaning includes in price. Whirlpool available for an additional fee. Guests have access to a shared laundry room and a ski maintenance room located in the Kultakero I building. Access to the laundry room and ski maintenance room is via the apartment's door code. Ski storage is available in the basement of Kultakero II building, also accessible with the apartment's door code. There is no dedicated parking space for the apartment, but there are parking spaces in front of the Kultakero I and II buildings, along with 11 electric car charging points for public use, approximately 20-100 meters away.

On the upper floor, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom (folding door) with 1 bed (width 140 cm), covered porch. On the ground floor, sauna (electric sauna stove), washroom/WC, living room with fireplace, bedroom (folding door) with double bed (width 140 cm). 2 televisions. In addition, PlayStation 2 console with some games, gas grill, and mosquito trap (so-called mosquito magnet). Water to the cabin comes from the spring. Lakeside sauna with steam room and fireplace room. 1 bed in the fireplace room. Lakeside sauna is renovated in 2020. The sauna has a shower in the steam room, electric light and electric heating. In the fireplace room, there is a refrigerator. The lakeside sauna is available from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. You can rent the hot tub from the owner for additional price by separate agreement. Price 200€/1-4 days and 300€/5-7 days. Caretaker fills the hot tub up and begins to heat it. Customer takes care of further heating and can use the hot tub during the whole rental period (water won't be changed). During winter the customer takes care of that it doesn't freeze and after usage empties it.

Despite the cabin's remote natural location, it is not far from the services of Rovaniemi and the Arctic Circle. These popular tourist destinations are just a short drive away, allowing you to take day trips easily and enjoy the activities and attractions they offer. Outside the cabin, you can spend time around the campfire in the cooking hut. It's the perfect place to prepare delicious meals by the fire and share stories with friends and family under the starry and aurora-filled sky. The cabin's facilities are spread across two floors. The ground floor features a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a sauna, a bathroom, and a covered terrace. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm wide) and a separate bed (120 cm wide). There is also a loft with a sofa bed. Access to a balcony from the loft. The balcony is equipped with bean bag chairs. Please note that the stairs leading to the upper floor are steep.

The ski bus runs on Rakkavaarantie and takes you quickly to the services of the center of Levi and e.g. ski slopes. Levi's illuminated trails run a couple of hundred meters from the apartment. Levi Golf is only a couple of kilometers away and Levi's extensive network of outdoor trails is a short walk away. The apartment offers a good setting for a varied holiday in Levi! The outboard motor will be delivered with a full fuel tank and customer also returns the engine with full fuel tank (2-stroke engine). The cabin lies under a steep hill, so a four-wheel drive car is recommended for those booking this cabin in the winter. Round log cabin, built in 1980, renovated and modernized in 2021. Water pipe from the municipal network. Living room / kitchen with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bedroom has folding door, loft with 2 beds, separate WC. Lakeside sauna with shower in the sauna room, dressing area. The sauna has wood-burning sauna stove and underfloor heating. Next to the sauna, there is a hot tub embedded in the terrace. The hot tub is heated by dieseloil. The hot tub is available in summer and in winter. Guests can heat the hot tub by themselves, but heating, draining and washing are also available from the owner at an additional cost (€ 150). In connection with the lakeside sauna, there is a terrace with summer kitchen. The summer kitchen has a barbecue and terrace has a table for 6 people. In addition, closer to the lake is a separate campfire site. In windy weather or when the rain comes unexpectedly, there is also a covered cooking area with round log-built dining table for 4 people and a magnificent fireplace where you can fry sausages or even make blazed salmon.
