Huoneistossa on valoisa ja tilava avokeittiö sekä olohuone, jossa mahtuu iltaa viettämään porukalla. Alakerrasta löytyy myös kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa on kaksi vuodetta molemmista. Makuuhuoneiden lisäksi alakerrassa on pesuhuone, tyylikäs sauna sekä erillinen wc. Matalahkolla parvella on lisäksi neljä erillistä vuodetta.

This convenient log apartment is located in a row house in popular Rakkavaara area, right along the route of the ski bus and airport bus. Getting around is easy even for those without a car. The surrounding area provides a variety of outdoor and recreational activities throughout the year, both in winter and summer. The living room features a cozy natural stone fireplace and log furnishings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen facilities are conveniently located in a recessed area, with a dining table nearby. The bedroom has a bunk bed with bed widths of 80 cm. The loft includes two box-spring beds and two additional mattresses, providing additional sleeping space. Please note that the loft is somewhat low and the stairs leading to it are steep. Small outdoor storage allows for convenient storage of skiing equipment or other outdoor gear. Firewood is also stored in the shed. Ruskatupa was built in 1991.
