Washer, dryer and drying cabinet for clothing maintenance. Enough beds and toilets for accommodating two families. Sunny terrace and own backyard. Outside place for two cars and power point for car heating. Backyard is fenced and there is a security gate for the stairs for children. Also baby cot and a blanket for baby.
