In the winter time there are snowmobile tracks located 200 meters from the cabin on the ice of the lake. Also it's possible to use the ice for getting to the maintained cross country skiing tracks. 53 km north from Kemijärvi, cottage built in 1995. Two bedrooms with two separate beds (80*200cm) and one bedroom with double bed (160*200cm), kitchen, living room, sauna, washroom and toilet. To ensure a smooth holiday, we always recommend ordering a final cleaning in advance. If final cleaning has not been ordered and has not been done properly by the customer, the final cleaning fee will be charged double in arrears.

Additionally, there's a balcony accessible either from the living room or the bathroom, featuring an additional chargeable outdoor hot tub. Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms, each with two 90 x 200 cm beds. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be converted into two extra beds. Child gates are provided at both the top and bottom of the stairs. The second bedroom upstairs has a skylight that can be blacked out with an electrically operated blackout blind if needed. Final cleaning includes in price. Whirlpool available for an additional fee. Guests have access to a shared laundry room and a ski maintenance room located in the Kultakero I building. Access to the laundry room and ski maintenance room is via the apartment's door code. Ski storage is available in the basement of Kultakero II building, also accessible with the apartment's door code. There is no dedicated parking space for the apartment, but there are parking spaces in front of the Kultakero I and II buildings, along with 11 electric car charging points for public use, approximately 20-100 meters away.

The third bedroom has two additional beds suitable for children. The extra beds are pulled out from under the box spring beds. 2 WCs, sauna, washroom with two showers and dressing room. Large room for drying and storing clothes and sport equipment. Large 3 0m² terrace with terrace furniture. Air source heat pumps in both floors. Children's equipment, including child safety gate on the stairs, travel cot, high chair and potty. Car shelter for two cars, wall outlet for car pre-heating and electric car charging station. Ski storage and ski maintenance room in the car shelter. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as you have to climb stairs from the car shelter to the main door. The firewood is located next door, on the A-side, and is freely available for both apartments.

The sauna is equipped with a ready-to-use electric stove. Additionally, there is a woodshed and a carport for two cars, along with an electric car charging point. Sleeping arrangements on the ground floor: In the windowless bedroom, there are two beds combined (80x200 cm), and adjacent to the bedroom, there is a sliding-door alcove with two separate beds (80x200 cm). Sleeping arrangements on the upper floor: Both bedrooms have double beds (160x200 cm). For children, the cabin is equipped with a travel crib, high chair, potty, and a child safety gate at the top of the stairs. The stairs to the upper floor are sturdy but somewhat steep. During snow-free seasons, guests have access to a lean-to by Lake Pyhäjärvi, located about 200 meters from the cabin. Directions can be found at the cabin. Outside the cabin, there is a surveillance camera that records when there are no guests present.
