Completed in 2022. 4 bedrooms, two are on the upper floor and two on the ground floor. One bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) and all others have separate beds (80x200cm) that can be attached as double beds. The bedrooms on the upper floor have sloping ceilings. The second upper floor bedroom also has a desk for remote working. On the ground floor, spacious living room/kitchen and laundry facilities%3B electric sauna and two showers. In addition, utility room and separate WC. Another toilet on the upper floor as well. Access to the terrace from the utility room. Large terrace and warm ski storage room with ski wxing table.

Villa Vonka is a charming holiday cabin situated on the rapids of Matkakoski on the Torne river (River Tornio). This idyllic spot offers its visitors a splendid opportunity to enjoy nature and tranquility while providing various activities and attractions nearby. It's an ideal place for anglers and paddlers. Additionally, there are hiking trails in the area suitable for nature lovers and hikers. In winter, the area also offers a chance for downhill skiing at Aavasaksa Ski Resort, located approx. 35 km away from the cabin. Villa Vonka is an excellent spot for those who want to work remotely while enjoying an inspiring environment. The peaceful and nature-oriented surroundings also offer a chance for relaxation and stress relief. The cabin is located 37 km north of Tornio city center on the banks of the Torne river. The impressive Matkakoski rapids are just 150 m away. The cabin offers a magnificent view of the river. Due to the strong current, the beach is not suitable for swimming. On the ground floor of the cabin, there is a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with two single beds. The sauna, shower room, and WC are also on this floor, along with a covered terrace. The upper floor has two beds. From the upper floor, there is access to a balcony with a stunning view of the river and the Swedish side. Please note that the stairs leading to the upper floor are steep. There is a shared cooking hut between two cabins. Closer to the beach, there is also a spacious lean-to and a campfire site. This lean-to can also be used by guests from another cabin (Villa Vaara). Final cleaning and pre-made bed linen are included in the rent.

Villa Vuorso is a nice holiday cabin located between Rovaniemi and Pello, about 60 km to the west from Rovaniemi and 35 km to the east from Pello. The cabin is located on a flat lawn plot on by a big lake Raanujärvi. The cabin has several amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. The beach near the cabin is shallow and has sand and clay bottom. The cabin also has own rowing boat, so you can go boating or fishing on the lake whenever you want. The cabin has two floors: Ground floor: %E2%80%A2 Room where you can spend time together. %E2%80%A2 Separate kitchen where you can prepare food. %E2%80%A2 Bedroom with one bed. %E2%80%A2 Electrically heated sauna. %E2%80%A2 Washroom and WC. %E2%80%A2 Terrace from which you can admire the lake view and enjoy the fresh air. Villa White Water is a wonderful destination next to the longest free-flowing Tornion River in Europe, on the banks of the Vuenonkoski rapids, only 30 meters from the river. From the terrace of the cottage and the lean-to on the shore, there are great views of the far upstream rapids, and especially the spring ice break is a wonderful experience. Villa White Water is a two-story Honkarakenne holiday home with thermal log construction. It has 80 m2, a living room, a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, the first has 2 beds (width 90 cm), the second bedroom has a double bed (width 160 cm, beds available separately). The loft has 2 beds (width 80 cm). Electric sauna, washroom (1 shower) and a separate toilet. The cottage has underfloor heating, an air-source heat pump and a fireplace. The west terrace opening onto the river is the entire length of the house, where you can grill and relax. There is a carport and a large lockable storage room in the yard. There is a floodlit ski trail at Ainiovaara ski resort (20 km) and skiing is possible on the slopes of Aavasaksa (25 km). The border crossing to Sweden is 25 km north of the cottage at Aavasaksa. The Tornionjoki River is famous for its salmon and whitefish and fishing is possible from the cottage shore. The current is strong, so it is not suitable for swimming. There are great berry picking opportunities in the area.
