Downstairs with livingroom/kitchen, 2 bedrooms with one bed ( 120 cm width) and upper bed (width 80 cm), 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds ( width 80 cm each), sauna, washing room, 2x toilet. Loft with 1 bed (width 120 cm) and 2 separate beds (width 120 cm) ,car shelter, ski waxing space.

Apartment in a new semi-detached house in Levi West slopes area near the West Point ski lift station. Only 200 m walk to the ski lift. Ski bus stop next to it. Ski trails and snowmobile trail also nearby. Log-paneled apartment, built in 2021. Facilities on two floors. On the ground floor kitchen, bedroom with double bed (separate beds and wide mattress pad), sauna, washroom and separate WC. On the upper floor 2 bedrooms, 2 beds in both, WC also on the upper floor. Access to the covered terrace from the living room/kitchen. In the storage room, there are 2 folding extra beds, which can be placed freely in the apartment. Please note that the extra beds are thin, and better suitable for children. Pets are prohibited in reservations made from 29.12.22. Nice views of the lake and fells from the windows and terrace. 430 km to the northwest from Rovaniemi, located by lake Ala-Kilpisjärvi, 65 m distance to the shore, natural beach, shallow, rocky (not suitable for swimming), very fresh water, rowing boat. Wood-built villa, built in 2022. Living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, both with 2 beds, in the another bedroom also double mattress pad available. Sauna, washroom, utility room with WC and separate WC. The living room couch works as an extra bed. In kitchen freezer there is one box reserved for customers (others are in owner's use). In the front of the cottage an open terrace and in the back covered, glazed terrace. Electric car charging station is available for an additional fee. Pets allowed (extra charge). There is a garage in the yard, which is used for storage.

You can put on your ski gear in the cabin's spacious hall and walk straight to the lift line. Ski trails and snowmobile trails can also be found nearby. You can enjoy of Levi's fell view from the dining area, as well as from the living room thanks to large windows. From the windows, you can see the gondola and West Point ski lifts and Santa's cabin while you are enjoying of your morning coffee, for example. The bus stop is right near the cabin and the Levi Skibus operates every half hour between the ski slopes and the center of Levi. Facilities on two floors. On the first floor, spacious hall with plenty of space for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing equipment. Living room, dining room and kitchen are the heart of this villa. The kitchen is very well equipped, so you can cook and even bake for a larger group. The living room has a magnificent heat storing fireplace with lift hatch, firewood is freely available from Willa's yard. In addition, there is a storage cage for each apartment. The cage can be used, for example, for storing fuel wood and skis.
