Equipped with a sauna section and a hydro massage bath, this main building of the manor, which was renovated in 2023, is perfect for family vacations, companies, and as a party venue for parties of up to 100 people. Ruokolan Kartano can accommodate 18 people at the basic price, but if the number of visitors is larger than that, ask Lomarengas customer service for the party price separately. Various program services and catering can be booked from the owner. Please make a reservation at least a week before. The facilities include 5 bedrooms in the same building, all of which have separate beds for 2, and in addition, 3 bedrooms also have bunk beds x 1 per bedroom. Modern meeting room, party room with benches and tables and tableware for up to 100 people. Kitchen with good cold storage facilities, sofa group / living room, 5 x toilets, sauna (with electric stove), showers x 2, hydro massage bath in the sauna section, laundry room, hallway with hand shower. For active enthusiasts, there is a ski maintenance room and a snowmobile trail in the yard. In addition, a lot of parking space, e.g. for cars/trailers. Karaoke equipment, Wi-fi. Extra beds are normal beds that can be placed either in meeting rooms.

The cabin is located on a spacious, lawn plot. Sun shines into the yard almost the whole day. You can also spend time on the covered terrace on a rainy day. 48 km to the northwest from Kuopio, lake Pieni Ruokovesi 50 m, solid land pier, own rowing boat, shallow sand beach. Wooden cabin with boarded outer walls (built in 1991), living room / kitchen, living room (sofa bed with 140x200 cm bed), bedroom (double bed), WC, washroom, sauna with electric stove. Second bedroom (double bed) upstairs, accessible by stairs from the outside. In the yard there is a cozy sleeping shed with two beds, which are available during the summer from June to August. Please note that the cottage can be booked for a maximum of four people, although there are more beds available.

Floor area 60 m², combined living room & kitchen with sofa bed for 1-2 persons, two bedrooms, one with twin bed and one with separate beds for two persons. Sauna (electric heating), washroom and toilet. Shared beach, boat and dock. Barbecue hut in shared use. During winter it's possible to maintain your skis in the barbecue hut. Possible get a bed and high chair for a baby if needed.

Owner's another cottage is also by the beachfront. Vuontisjärvi beach 500 m, along the road 1.2 km. Rowing boat available on lake Vuontisjärvi and on lake Pallasjärvi (15 km away). Log cottage, built in 1988, fully renovated in 2012. Living room - kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms both with 2 beds, lounge with sofa bed. Separate toilet downstairs. Sauna (electric stove), shower room, dressing room, covered porch and balcony. Note! Entrance to the sauna department only through porch. Fire place in the yard. Available from the owner only by prior arrangement: cot, highchair and potty.

Log cottage, built in 1997 (extension and renovation made in 2005, sauna and washroom renovated 2020), bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: 2 beds, 1 bunk bed (loft): 2 beds. Combined kitchen and living room, electric sauna. Additional equipment: Rowing boat and life jackets, two piers: one on the swimming beach and one for the boat. Air source heat pump for additional heating and cooling.

This convenient log apartment is located in a row house in popular Rakkavaara area, right along the route of the ski bus and airport bus. Getting around is easy even for those without a car. The surrounding area provides a variety of outdoor and recreational activities throughout the year, both in winter and summer. The living room features a cozy natural stone fireplace and log furnishings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen facilities are conveniently located in a recessed area, with a dining table nearby. The bedroom has a bunk bed with bed widths of 80 cm. The loft includes two box-spring beds and two additional mattresses, providing additional sleeping space. Please note that the loft is somewhat low and the stairs leading to it are steep. Small outdoor storage allows for convenient storage of skiing equipment or other outdoor gear. Firewood is also stored in the shed.

Rustholli 1 is part of a cottage village of 10 cottages. 11 km east of Tampere, 450 m walk from Näsijärvi, with a public Kumpula beach, shallow sandy bottom. Round log cottage built in 1986. Sleeping area with two 80 x 200 cm beds. Living room with kitchen and dining area with sofa bed that can be converted into an additional 140 x 190 cm bed for two. Loft with 120 x 200 cm mattress as an additional bed for one. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The kitchen has an atmospheric artificial fireplace that produces pleasant heat using an electric heater. Attached to the cottage is an electrically heated sauna, a shower and toilet in the washroom. In addition, there is a separate toilet, which also has a washing machine. The covered terrace has garden furniture and a gas grill. There is an electric pole in the yard for car heating in winter (no electric car charging). A tennis court can be rented separately in the middle of the cottage area. Cabin situated in a peaceful area near the services of Tampere city center. Rustholli 9 is part of a village consisting of 10 cabins. 11 km to the east of Tampere, Lake Näsijärvi 350 m (public swimming beach Kumpula), shallow sand bottom. Round log cabin, built in 1986. The living room has a double bed and sofa bed (120 x 200 cm), and on the loft of the living room, there is 1 mattress (80 x 200 cm). The kitchen features a dining group, and on the loft of the kitchen, there are 2 mattresses (80 x 200 cm). However, the max. number of guests in the cabin is 5 people. The sofa bed serves as an additional sleeping option. In addition, there is a washroom, sauna (electric sauna stove), and WC equipped with washing machine. Spacious terrace with outdoor furniture. The cabin has 50 Mbps Wi-Fi.

18 km to the east from Pori, pond 10 m (400 m x 50 m), water depth in the pond is about 5 m, pier, swimming ladder, rowing boat, canoe. Log cabin (brand Honkarakenne) in a good location nearby Pori. There is kitchen/living room, bedroom with wide double bed, bedroom with two 90 cm wide single beds, two 120 cm wide thick mattresses on the loft (the height of the loft is 140 cm, stable stairs leads to the loft), sauna, washroom, WC in the cabin. Air source heat pump (can be used for both warming and cooling). Terrace with table group in front of the cabin, gas grill and hydro massage bath outdoors for 7 persons (incl. price). There is also nice and atmospheric summerhouse with wood burning grill in the yard. Pets are NOT ALLOWED at indoors in this destination. Next to the cabin, there is a fenced area with a booth for dogs.

325 km to the north from Rovaniemi, 19 km to the north from Hetta (municipality center of Enontekiö), located in Leppäjärvi village, distance to the Leppäjärvi shore is 150 m across the terrain, no own beach, no boat, larger lake Lijankijärvi behind the Lijankivaara hill, distance 2,2 km, ATV trail lead to the lake. Wooden house, built in 1985, renovated in 2017. Living room with sofa bed and bunk bed, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, spreadable sofa for two (160 cm wide when spread) in the fireplace room, sauna, washroom, separate WC, walk-in closet, spacious glazed porch (no heating) and large storage. Carport and garage available for guests. The garage also has two heating sockets.
