Bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2-3 (loft): double bed + 1 bed, loft: 2 beds, fireplace, combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna. Electric and hybrid car charging (extra charge) must be agreed with the owner in advance. Cottage is located by the Lake Viipusjärvi. Hard bottom, which deepens gently (however not suitable for small children). Additional information: Firewood start kit is included in the price. More firewood can be purchased from the owner. Pets allowed at extra fee, which is charged per reservation. Additional equipment: A seperate drying room in store. Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).

75 km north of Savonlinna. Lake Vuokalanjärvi 15 m (length 20 km, breadth 1,5 km), shallow water, firm sandy bottom. Own boat. Log cabin 1981, kitchen, living room with 2 extra beds, 2 bedrooms with convertible sofa for 2 persons in each, sauna, washroom, dressing room, open veranda. Entrance to the toilet and sauna / washroom through veranda only. Vuokalanjärvi is clear watered lake and rich in fish (e.g. trout, pike-perch, whitefish, vendace). No visual contact with neighboring cottage (distance about 70 m).

75 km north of Savonlinna. Lake Vuokalanjärvi 15 m (length 20 km, breadth 1,5 km), shallow water, firm sandy bottom, own boat. Log cabin 1996, kitchen and living room, wtih sofabed for 1-2 persons, bedroom with double bed, alcove with bunk bed. Shower room/wc, covered porch. Lakeside sauna with dressing room. A large dock with table and benches, also a barbeque. Sieralahti holiday village is perfect for those who appreciate peace and comfort. Nice location at the tip of a small peninsula, spacious yard. Vuokalanjärvi is clear watered lake and rich in fish (e.g. trout, pike-perch, whitefish, vendace). Note: maximum number of persons is 4 + baby (a cot will be provided upon request). The southern edge of the plot is steep, be careful when moving with small children. Tap water is lake water, drinking water can be obtained from the owner's deep well (200m away). Owner rents out 4-hp outboard motor. Savonlinna 75 km, Joensuu 75 km, Kerimäki 50 km, Valamo Monastery 50 km. Small pets allowed, import of large dogs and more than 2 pets must be confirmed in advance.

50 km southeast of Kuopio, clear watered lake Hormajärvi 20 m (length approx. 4.3 km, width approx. 0.6 km), gently deepening, hard, sanded beach, jetty and own boat. Log cottage 1989 rebuilt in 2015 using the latest building techniques and equipment. On the ground floor living room, kitchen section, dining area, bedroom with double bed, electric sauna, shower room/utility room/toilet, terrace. The downstairs areas have under floor heating, air conditioning and air source heat pump. TV downstairs and upstairs. Upstairs bedroom with double bed and sofa, bedroom with double bed, loft room with sofa, separate toilet, balcony. The villa's water supply comes from lake Hormajärvi through a filter. Water has been checked that it is suitable for drinking purposes. In the yard there is a spacious grill hut. Next to the sauna there is a woodshed and an outhouse. Hormajärvi is clear watered lake, deep in the middle and springlike lake which has no industrial or agricultural pollution. Available for clients: bike, bobsled and sledding. 2 x SUP boards and SURF board free of use. Cozy, spacious and well-equipped cabin lying at the foot of the fell Yllästunturi in Ylläsjärvi Palovaara area. Nice holiday destination even for multiple families. Illuminated ski trail, hiking trail and cycling trail run 100 meters away. The distance to the Ylläsjärvi gondola-style ski lift is only 3 km. During the summer, the gondola also offers access to the fells to admire the scenery. The SkiBus stop is just a few hundred meters away offering easy access to the ski slopes. Railway station in Kolari municipality center 36 km, bus connection to the hotel Ylläsrinne located nearby. The spacious kitchen, dining area and big living room offer nice facilities to spend time together. There is a necessary kitchen equipment for making food, even for a larger group.
