50 km southeast of Kuopio, clear watered lake Hormajärvi 20 m (length approx. 4.3 km, width approx. 0.6 km), gently deepening, hard, sanded beach, jetty and own boat. Log cottage 1989 rebuilt in 2015 using the latest building techniques and equipment. On the ground floor living room, kitchen section, dining area, bedroom with double bed, electric sauna, shower room/utility room/toilet, terrace. The downstairs areas have under floor heating, air conditioning and air source heat pump. TV downstairs and upstairs. Upstairs bedroom with double bed and sofa, bedroom with double bed, loft room with sofa, separate toilet, balcony. The villa's water supply comes from lake Hormajärvi through a filter. Water has been checked that it is suitable for drinking purposes. In the yard there is a spacious grill hut. Cozy, spacious and well-equipped cabin lying at the foot of the fell Yllästunturi in Ylläsjärvi Palovaara area. Nice holiday destination even for multiple families. Illuminated ski trail, hiking trail and cycling trail run 100 meters away. The distance to the Ylläsjärvi gondola-style ski lift is only 3 km. During the summer, the gondola also offers access to the fells to admire the scenery. The SkiBus stop is just a few hundred meters away offering easy access to the ski slopes. Railway station in Kolari municipality center 36 km, bus connection to the hotel Ylläsrinne located nearby. The spacious kitchen, dining area and big living room offer nice facilities to spend time together. There is a necessary kitchen equipment for making food, even for a larger group.
