A peaceful, modern summer cabin near the city, yet in its own tranquility. The cabin is well-suited for year-round holidays, with activities nearby for both summer and winter vacations. Pets are also welcome here. 19 km to the east from Jyväskylä, Lake Palvajärvi 50 m, shallow sandy beach, own pier, rowing boat. Board-cladded cabin (built in 2013), features a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a heat-storing fireplace, and two sofa beds (one 130x190 cm and the other 140x180 cm). In the bedroom, there is a 120x200 cm bed and a 80x200 cm bed. The cabin includes a bathroom with a shower and WC, an electric sauna, and an additional separate WC. The terrace has a gas grill and patio furniture, providing a great view of the lake. Please note that the upper floor of the building is not accessible to customers. By the beach, in summer use (from mid May till end of September), a separate lakeside sauna with a wood-burning stove (water must be carried from the lake). The sauna also has a dressing room/living area. The property includes a garage, which is not available for customer use. There is an electric outlet on the cabin's wall, allowing charging for electric cars.

Please agree the payment with the owner. It is not allowed to charge electric car from the sockets of the cottage.

Kelo-log cottage gebouwd in 2013, hal, woonkamer, keuken, slaapkamer 1-2: tweepersoonsbed 160x200 cm, slaapkamer 3: 2 bedden á 80x200 cm. Zolder: 4 bedden á 80x200 cm. Gezellig kelo-log huisje gelegen in West-Ruka, in de buurt Kesäjärvi meer. Er is een kleine gemeenschappelijke oever van het meer in gebruik, maar het is niet echt een strand om te zwemmen etc. Er is echter wel een pier die u kunt gebruiken. U kunt lopend naar de dichtstbijzijnde kruidenier. Skibussen, ski- en sneeuwscooterpistes zijn in de buurt. Kledingkasten zijn in elke slaapkamer. Gebruik van 2 fietsen inbegrepen in de huurprijs. Spacious 150 m² cabin by the lake %E2%80%94 and pets are welcome, too. 81 km northwest of Jyväskylä, Lake Iso-Löytänä 20 m, shallow sandy beach, no pier, rowing boat. The wooden cabin, built in 1995. The ground floor features a living room with a sofa set, dining table, heat-storing fireplace, and TV. A kitchenette includes a stove, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Two bedrooms %E2%80%94 one with double bed and a crib, and the other with double bed. Separate WC, sauna with wood-burning stove, shower, and dressing room. The upper floor (accessed via exterior stairs from the terrace) has two double beds, five single beds, and a separate WC. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture. A charcoal kettle grill is available %E2%80%94 guests bring their own charcoal and lighter fluid. In total, there are 13 sleeping places, but the maximum allowed number of guests is 12. One bed serves as an alternative sleeping option.

New stylish apartment in the center of Ylivieska, on the top floor of the building. The area of the apartment is 42 m², and it also includes a spacious glazed balcony. Pets are welcome in this apartment, but they are not allowed on beds or the sofa. Dagmarin Kulma was built in 2023. It features a living room/kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (140x190cm for two), and a sleeping alcove with a double bed. There is also an electric sauna, bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine, and a dryer. The spacious glazed balcony has a sofa set for relaxation. The building's inner courtyard offers a parking space with the option for car heating or electric car charging. The apartment is not rented for party purposes.

A lovely log cabin, about 100 years old, in the Parainen, Kirjala. An atmospheric log cabin with a fireplace that you can enjoy in cooler weather. The kitchen has a gas stove and oven, as well as other cooking equipment. From the living room you can access a large glass-covered terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee even in the rain. Upstairs, the cabin has sleeping accommodations for four people in separate beds. The beds are 200 cm x 80 cm. In connection with the cabin, there is a large old-fashioned wood-heated sauna with washing facilities. Pleas Note: The toilet and shower facilities are located in a separate building (20 m distance), which cottage guests have access to. There is also an outdoor toilet in the yard of the cabin. In the lovely yard, you can meet chickens and a rooster running around freely in the summer, as well as a kind dog who gently welcomes the cottage guests. Note: However, guests are not allowed to bring their own pets. The cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Portable charcoal BBQ grill. Coal must be brought.

59 km to the northeast from Jyväskylä, lake Saraajärvi 45 m, shallow sanded beach, rowing boat and canoe. Log cabin 2006, living room, kitchen, bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 200 cm, bedroom 2: bunk bed where upper bed is 75 x 190 cm and lower bed is 140 x 190 cm (when spread), bedroom 3: spreadable sofa bed 140 x 200 cm, WC with shower, two glazed terraces, air source heat pump. Lakeside sauna, steam room, dressing room with stove and electric heater, spreadable sofa bed 140 x 190 cm. Water to the lakeside sauna must be brought by using bucket. There is a cooking hut with electric lighting in the yard. A separate outdoor toilet by the lake. Garage, storehouse and greenhouse on the plot. These facilities are not available for the guests.

Eki-Ylläs A is a spacious 3-bedroom row house apartment located in the Kaulavaara area of Äkäslompolo. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living area with a fireplace for added atmosphere. The well-equipped open kitchen is connected to the living area, with access to a small terrace. There's one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (140 x 200 cm). The downstairs area includes bathroom facilities, an electric sauna, a shower, a separate WC, a washing machine and a drying cabinet. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional bed for two (140 x 200 cm). The upper floor has two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm), and another WC. The apartment offers ample storage space, with a wardrobe in each bedroom. There is a separate lockable storage building for storing equipment.
