Villa Lahnajärvi is a spacious rental villa, built in 1989 and completely renovated in 2021, suitable for various events, including meetings and celebrations. 83 km to the west of Helsinki, Lake Lahnajärvi (length 2.1 km, width 0.4 km) 15 m, hard sandy bottom, pier, rowing boat, and pedal boat. This round log villa comprises a large living room /kitchen, three bedrooms with two beds in each (one with a double bed mattress), three bathrooms, a dressing room with a sofa bed for two, and a spacious electric sauna in the bathroom. An outdoor hot tub on the terrace is included in the rental price. Additionally, there is a large lake-facing terrace and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. SUP boards and fishing equipment are available for rent.

The cabin has air-source heat pump in the living room, can be used for heating and cooling. Hot tub available at extra fee. Please note, temperature limit -15 degrees Celsius. The customer fills, heats and empties the hot tub himself. If you would like to have hot tub pre-filled and pre-heated, you can agree this with the owner, an additional fee of €50 will be applied. Note! During the winter season (November - April), the hot tub is available only when the temperature is max. -15 degrees Celsius. In winter, the hot tub can be used only pre-filled and pre-heated. The use and heating of the hot tub must be agreed in advance with the owner, and you must follow carefully the owner's instructions. Pets allowed at extra fee, which is charged per pet (max 2 pets). Walking distance (1km) to the horse stable and husky farm (sled dog ride) Nature point. The owner knows the waterways and forests of the area and will gladly guide you.

Villa Lehtoniemi is a magnificent large villa in the middle of beautiful landscape by the lake, half an hour's drive from the center of Rovaniemi. Skibuses in the winter season and busses to Kolari railway station and Kittilä airport stop at this bus stop. This holiday cabin is easily accessible even without your own car. 2.5 km to the Äkäslompolo village. In Äkäslompolo there are services like shops and restaurants. During the winter season, a trip to the village can be made even with a kick sled, which is freely available to guests during the winter season. Only about a kilometer from the cabin (near the popular café Navettagalleria in Karila area), magnificent outdoor routes directly to the national park and the fell area. The nearest peak to explore is Kukastunturi peak. During winter season 4 pairs of snowshoes in guests' use. Illuminated cross-country ski trails and snowmobile trails also run close to the holiday cabin (cross-country ski trails are within 300 m and snowmobile trails are within 1 km). The cabin has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and another with 2 single beds. Living room-kitchen, washroom/WC, sauna (electric sauna stove). Fiber optic connection (Wi-Fi) brings comfort to your holiday. Reservations in this destination cannot start or end on Saturdays.

Spacious and cozy apartment in semi-detached house, located in a peaceful district by the pond Salmilamp, build 2009. The apartment is very clean and modern. View to Salmilampi from the large windows of living areas, dining area and kitchen. There are many birds on the pond, including the swan family. The otter has also seen on the pond. The large windows have great views over the pond Salmilampi and Salmilampi hill. The landscape changes according to the seasons, from summer green to the autumn colors and not forgetting the snow white in winter. Ski trail (Talvijärvi – Konttainen) goes less than a hundred meters away. The kitchen has tableware for 12 people. On the ground floor three bedrooms, one with double bed and two with single beds. On the upper floor large bedroom (double bed + extra bed), part of the space has a low room height. Ground floor area is 99 m² and upstairs area 17,5 m², part of the space of upstairs has a low room height. Spacious sauna offer view to the pond Salmilampi. The glazed terrace has a gas grill. In addition, there is a new shared cooking hut (within 50 meters) only for the residents staying in the area (key can be found in the apartment). Two bicycles (Kaunotar and Kulkuri) for "shopping trips" are located in a separate storage space. There is also a ski waxing table on the storage. Household waste must be sorted, there are facilities for waste sorting in the apartment and in the area. Price includes 2 ski lift tickets for the winter season 2025-2026.

Enjoy your holiday in this cosy, centrally located cottage. Tahko's services, slopes, ski slopes, golf course, restaurants and nightclub, Tahko Spa and shops are a short walk away. The cottage was built in 2000 and renovated in 2022. The latest update to the interior and equipment was made in spring 2025. The cottage has a spacious living room and kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a loft with beds for two. A large sauna invites you to wash off the dust of the day after an active day and the spacious bathroom has two showers and a washing machine. The cottage also has a drying cabinet. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dishwasher to make your holiday easier. The terrace has views of the slopes and the trees and stone fence lining the yard provide shelter in the summer and create a peaceful environment to relax. The hot tub seen in the pictures is not for use by guests.

Villa Luoto is a stylishly decorated villa situated on the shores of Lake Päijänne. Located on a rocky slope, the villa offers magnificent views of the lake from the inside the house and its terraces. The villa is located near the center of Korpilahti town. It is 30 km to Jyväskylä and approximately 30 km to Jämsä/Himos. The sandy beach cove deepens over a distance of about 10 meters and is safe for children. The log villa was completed in 2024 and features a spacious living room/kitchen and two bedrooms (an additional bed is available in the living room). The living room has a heat-storing fireplace and an air-source heat pump. Heating is provided by electric underfloor heating. The sauna (electric sauna stove), shower room, WC, and utility room are located in the other part of the building, accessible from the glazed terrace. The outdoor hydro massage bath on the terrace is available for an additional fee. The villa has a 4G Wi-Fi modem for internet use. On the beach is an almost hundred-year-old renovated wood-heated sauna and sauna cabin. The sauna cabin has a sofa bed (for 2 people). The lakeside sauna is available for use between May 1st and October 30th. Charging of electric/hybrid cars with your own charging device is permitted for an additional fee (16A). The destination is only rented for peaceful use.
