A cozy half of a kelo-log semi-detached cabin, built in 2006, located in the popular Saarua-aho cabin area. The cabin has two comfortable bedrooms, each with two beds. Additionally, there are four box springs on the spacious loft. The cabin accommodates up to six people, and its excellent location just 1 km from the Vuosseli slopes and amenities makes it a perfect destination for active holidaymakers. From the cabin, you can step right into nature and explore the outdoors in every season. You can easily reach Ruka village by either the Ski Bus or the gondola lift. The cabin also features a cozy living room/kitchen and a relaxing electric sauna to ensure a perfect holiday experience. Additional information: The rental price includes 2 ski lift tickets for the 2024–25 winter season. The nearest restaurant, shop, and other services are located in Ruka Valley (please check opening hours). Final cleaning is included in the price. Villa built in 2023 with a sauna, located in a well-equipped modern archipelago village. 85 km southwest of Turku, Archipelago Sea 100 m, boat dock. The beach is shared among the villas of the holiday village. A separate beach sauna can be rented. Rental instructions are in the cabin folder. The villa has a unified living room and open-plan kitchen with access to a spacious terrace. It features an air source heat pump, a bedroom with two beds, and two separate low lofts, one 10 m² and the other 12 m², each with 2 beds. The other loft can be accessed via a movable ladder. There is a bathroom with a shower, WC, and washing machine (inverter washer-dryer). The sauna has an electric sauna stove, and the spacious terrace is furnished with high-quality garden furniture, a gas grill, and a sunshade. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction stove, oven, and dishwasher, as well as a kettle, coffee maker, tableware for six, and all necessary cooking utensils. The owner offers two bicycles and two SUP boards for rent (shared among five cabins). It is a short distance to the local amenities and attractions from the villa. Kasnäs harbor, which features a marine spa and offers ferry connections to stunning archipelago destinations, is nearby. Dalsbruk is only 10 minutes away, and the nearest golf course, Bjärkas Golf, is 15 minutes away. Local road number 644 runs between the cottage and the shore, traffice noise can be heard at the cottage. Child-friendly sandy beach in Toivakka centre 4.5 km. Villa Paasirinne B is located on a sunny flat lawn plot. The well-kept yard area is rich in flowering shrubs and groups of perannas that provide also privacy. Wooden cottage, built in 1940, expanded in 1995 and renovated, and equipment renovated in 2012/2018. The living room / kitchen has a sofa that can be used as 2 separate beds, the bedroom has a double bed. Laundry room (washing machine), sauna, entrance hall (with freezer), small porch-terrace. Under floor heating. In the cottage Air heat pump for cooling and heating. The kitchen is also equipped with e.g. toaster, kettle, coffee maker, tableware for six people and versatile cooking utensils, in addition to an electric and wooden stove with a small baking oven.
