Log cabin 1998, living room/ kitchen with convertible sofa, bedroom with 1 bed and a bunk bed, bedroom with double bed, washroom, dressing room, spacious sauna for 8 persons, 2 x open verandas.

29 km east of Kouvola, Vääntäjävirta 40 m, sandy beach, a pier, own boat. Vääntäjävirta is a very long waterway that joins lake Immasenjärvi. Wooden house 2009, kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with double bed and TV, second bedroom with 2 beds, third bedroom with 2 beds, fourth bedroom with 2 beds. Utility room, washroom with toilet, shower and bath, in addition separate toilet, covered terrace. The house has mechanical ventilation, air source heat pump and internet. The main building does not have a sauna, but there is a separate well-equipped lakeside sauna (25 m²) with washroom, living room with fireplace, kitchenette and two alternative beds. There is a wood-fired hot tub freely available by the lakeside sauna. R Possibility also for using wood for barbecue. There is campfire site . Canopy for two cars.

50 km south-west of Tampere, pond Ojastenlampi 150 m (100x60m), gently sloping shallow hard sand bottom, in deeper partly mud bottom. By the pier the depth is 2-3 meters. Pond is in shared use with owner (owner uses it sometimes). Old log farmhouse, renovated in 2005, kitchen, large living room, 3 bedroom, each with 3 beds, sleeping alcove with bed (width 120 cm), hall, room where bake oven (eg. for grilling sausages, preparing meals), washing room (2 showers), sauna (electric stove), 2 toilets. A total of 10 beds. For additional fee possibility for 4 extra beds. By the pond there is a summer barbecue hut which is in shared use with the owner (please inform the owner in advance if you wish to use the barbecue hut). By a separate payment a summer sauna building with wooden stove, also with fireplace (heated by customer 50€/day, 200€/week, 2019) and a smoke sauna (heated by owner 150€/one heating, 300€ during winter, 2019). Availability of the additional saunas should be agreed in advance with the owner. In summer sauna there are extra beds for 2-4 beds (additional fee). The owner uses pond beach sometimes.
