The yard is grassy and well maintained. 36 km north of Kuusamo, 14 km from Ruka, 20 m from Lake Alakitkajärvi, hard bottom (clay), good beach, moderately shallow. Built in 1997, expanded in 2025, 2-storey log cabin, downstairs bedroom with double bed. Upstairs two separate beds, living room with sofa bed for two, kitchen-living room, shower, sauna (wood stove) and separate toilet. Additional equipment: Grill, kettle, electric mixer, rowing boat.

Single cabin in a beautiful location by the lake Ala-Kitkajärvi. The cabin has an open sleeping alcove that can accommodate two people and a loft (steep stairs) with double bed, 1 sofa bed (120 cm) and 2 beds (80 cm). Living room/kitchen and an electric sauna. There is a cooking hut on the beach where you can enjoy grilling, as well as a sauna for relaxation. The site also has its own pier and boat. The sauna on the shore, as well as terraces are not in use in winter time. 40 km to the north from Kuusamo, lake Ala-Kitkajärvi 50 m.

Alapytinki is a rental cottage in complete privacy, with no view of the neighbors. The cottage has many fine handcrafted details. You can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday in this cottage located by a fish-rich waterway. 29 km northeast of Joensuu, 50 m from the Pielisjoki River, a long, shallow and soft beach, pier and rowing boat. Log cottage 2000, in 2025 the of the cottage and sauna were renovated. In the living room and kitchen there is a sofa bed (mattress) for two, in the sleeping alcove two beds, in the washroom there is a toilet and shower. On the open loft there is a workstation and a double bed, a balcony. In the riverside sauna (39 m²m bult in 1979, renovated in 2025) there is a fireplace room, and in the sauna there is a wood-burning stove and shower.

Very compact apartment with a functional lay out in Välirakka, about 2,5km from Levi Center. The apartment was renovated in summer 2019. It has a new spacious kitchen, living room, renovated bathroom, sauna and a separate toilet. It has one bedroom downstairs with two separate beds. In addition there are a kitchen, living area, sauna, bathroom and a separate toilet. The open lay-out balcony has three separate beds. There is a skiing equipment maintenance space, storage for firewood and a bbq hut in shared use at the estate.

Upstairs, two bedrooms (7 m²) each with two beds, loft with a sofa bed for 1 person. 4 G Wi-Fi access. Soundbar. Beach sauna 2006, dressing room, two showers, wood stove in the sauna. NB! At the same building (right side) is the another (second) cottage sauna. This second cottage is for long-term rentals and the resident is only part of the summer. However, both saunas have their own entrances and the terrace has a log wall. At the beach there is a neighboring pier on the sauna, about 30 meters away. The owner rents a hot tub all year round at extra price 150 euros / weekend / 2days (longer rental must be agreed separately) and it is pre-filled with water. Hot tub paid to the owner on the spot in cash, so make sure availability in good time.
