On the ground floor, a bright living room/kitchen with high windows facing the river, heat reserving fireplace, a small bedroom with a sofa bed for 1-2, sauna (wood-burning stove), shower/WC, from the utility room access to covered terrace, gas grill/furniture in the summer. On the upper floor, a doorless bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. In addition, access from the loft to a small windowless sleeping loft with alternative beds for 2 (separate 80 cm beds). There is also a separate lakeside sauna with a wood-heated stove and cauldron. In connection with the sauna building, a small living area /dressing room. Sauna has electricity. Water to the sauna must be brought by using a bucket%3B in summer from the river, in winter from the cabin. Access to the sauna along a narrow path, no winter maintenance. Yard area is at natural state, wooded and sheltered. Campfire site on the beach. Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 14 km. Ski slope 9 km, cross-country ski trail 7 m, swimming beach 30 m. The cabin is at your use on the day of arrival at 16.00 and handover on the day of departure at 12.00 (also for weekend bookings). No pets. Final cleaning can be booked for an additional fee. Bed linen can be rented for an additional fee.

Wooden, two-bedroom compact semi-detached apartment in the Vuokatti ski resort, close to lifts and ski trails. Apartment area 78 m², of which 9 m² is the loft. Downstairs, living room and kitchen with a fireplace and dining table for 6, kitchen renovated in 2024. Two bedrooms, both with separate beds for two (arranged as double beds), sauna (electric heater), bathroom / toilet and separate toilet. Double bed in the loft (steep stairs). Covered back terrace / porch and garden furniture. Travel cot, high chair and child gates at the top and bottom of the stairs as child equipment. Outdoor storage / shed for sports equipment, etc. Good location next to the Vuokatti, hiking and cross-country ski trail routes, short distance to the slopes, nearest lift Caravankatti (approx. 100 m), main lift station approx. 250 m. Swimming pool / Vuokatti Sport 500 m (shortcut). Särkinen beach 300 m. The Lomakatti apartment is available on the day of arrival at 4:00 PM and is vacated on the day of departure at 12:00 PM, also for weekend bookings. Linen can be ordered in advance for an additional fee. Final cleaning is included in the price.

Air source heating pump with cooling. Kajaani 35 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Cross country track 70 m. Final cleaning not included, cleaning and bedlinen are booked in advance at extra price. NOT pets allowed. Plank-built apartment, built in 1989, bedroom 1: 2 beds, bedroom 2 (folding door): bunk bed (lower bed 120 cm, upper bed 80 cm wide), loft: 2 beds and low bunk bed, combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna. Downstairs 50 m² + loft 14 m². Sauna and washroom renovated 8/2024. Apartment can be rented for maximum 6 persons. Apartment in row house situated on Lake Talvijärvi. Other row houses in the area, but B-house is located just by the lake, nice view to the fell Rukatunturi. Lockable ski storage. Jetty (possibility to swim), campfire place and a rowing boat in shared use. Other distances: Oulanka National Park / Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 21km, Riisitunturi Fell 27km. Take a break from everyday life and unwind in this peaceful cabin on the shore of Lake Leusjärvi. The cabin is located away from tourist destinations, providing a tranquil environment. However, if you wish to visit ski resorts, Ruka, Suomu, and Sallatunturi are a 45-minute drive away (40-50 km). There are plenty of hiking trails nearby. The Karhunkierros Visitor Centre is 6 km away, with trails leading to Oulanka National Park. Lake Leusjärvi 20 m, shallow, soft-bottomed beach, a jetty, and rowing boat. Handcrafted from logs, the cabin was completed in 2002. The cabin has one bedroom with a double bed. The spacious living area includes two 120 cm wide beds and a sofa bed. There is also an additional bed under the sofa, and the sofa itself serves as a bed. Additionally, the living area features a large fireplace. The dressing room contains a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The bathroom has a WC and a shower cubicle. The large sauna is electrically heated. A storage shed is available, but it is not suitable for storing a car. Firewood is stocked in the shed. Oulanka National Park is about 15 km away. It is renowned for its stunning gorges, rapids, and vast wilderness areas. There are fantastic hiking trails in the Oulanka area, such as the Karhunkierros Trail, which offers magnificent views and the opportunity to see a wide variety of Finnish nature. In the national park, you can also indulge in exciting activities such as canoeing, fishing, and in the winter, invigorating snowshoeing or exhilarating skiing. Beneden 56 m², zolder 26 m² (minder dan 160 cm hoog, gedeeltelijk schuine plafonds). Het huisje ligt op de helling en een trap leidt naar de voordeur (zie de foto's). Tussen het huisje en het meer is er een Tahkolanrannantie-weg. Extra uitrusting: Kinderveiligheidshek op de zolder, barbecue schuilplaats. Extra informatie: Verbindende skipiste (lengte 300 m) naar openbaar skibaan-netwerk op 30 m van het huisje. Afstand tot het huis van de eigenaar ca. 70 m, er is een garage tussen het huisje en het huis. ATTN. Huisdieren zijn ook welkom, extra kosten 30 €/dier.
