Good location next to Vuokatti's hiking and ski trails, short distance to slopes, nearest lift Caravankatti (approx. 100 m), main lift station approx. 200 m. Vuokatti Sport 500 m (shortcut). Särkinen beach 300 m. The holiday apartment is at your disposal on the day of arrival at 16:00 and handed over on the day of departure at 12:00, also for weekend bookings. No pets. Bed linen and final cleaning can be reserved for an additional fee.

Plank-built apartment, built in 1989, bedroom 1: 2 beds, bedroom 2 (folding door): bunk bed (lower bed 120 cm, upper bed 80 cm wide), loft: 2 beds and low bunk bed, combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna. Downstairs 50 m² + loft 14 m². Sauna and washroom renovated 8/2024. Apartment can be rented for maximum 6 persons. Apartment in row house situated on Lake Talvijärvi. Other row houses in the area, but B-house is located just by the lake, nice view to the fell Rukatunturi. Lockable ski storage. Jetty (possibility to swim), campfire place and a rowing boat in shared use. Other distances: Oulanka National Park / Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 21km, Riisitunturi Fell 27km. Take a break from everyday life and unwind in this peaceful cabin on the shore of Lake Leusjärvi. The cabin is located away from tourist destinations, providing a tranquil environment. However, if you wish to visit ski resorts, Ruka, Suomu, and Sallatunturi are a 45-minute drive away (40-50 km). There are plenty of hiking trails nearby. The Karhunkierros Visitor Centre is 6 km away, with trails leading to Oulanka National Park. Lake Leusjärvi 20 m, shallow, soft-bottomed beach, a jetty, and rowing boat. Handcrafted from logs, the cabin was completed in 2002. The cabin has one bedroom with a double bed. The spacious living area includes two 120 cm wide beds and a sofa bed. There is also an additional bed under the sofa, and the sofa itself serves as a bed. Additionally, the living area features a large fireplace. The dressing room contains a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The bathroom has a WC and a shower cubicle. The large sauna is electrically heated. A storage shed is available, but it is not suitable for storing a car. Firewood is stocked in the shed. Oulanka National Park is about 15 km away. It is renowned for its stunning gorges, rapids, and vast wilderness areas. There are fantastic hiking trails in the Oulanka area, such as the Karhunkierros Trail, which offers magnificent views and the opportunity to see a wide variety of Finnish nature. In the national park, you can also indulge in exciting activities such as canoeing, fishing, and in the winter, invigorating snowshoeing or exhilarating skiing. Houten huisje bouwjaar 1988, slaapkamer 1: tweepersoonsbed, slaapkamer 2: stapelbed, zolder: 2 bedden, alkoof (met raam en deur) op de zolderverdieping: 1 bed, woonkamer, keuken, elektrische sauna. Beneden 56 m², zolder 26 m² (minder dan 160 cm hoog, gedeeltelijk schuine plafonds). Het huisje ligt op de helling en een trap leidt naar de voordeur (zie de foto's). Tussen het huisje en het meer is er een Tahkolanrannantie-weg. Extra uitrusting: Kinderveiligheidshek op de zolder, barbecue schuilplaats. Extra informatie: Verbindende skipiste (lengte 300 m) naar openbaar skibaan-netwerk op 30 m van het huisje. Afstand tot het huis van de eigenaar ca. 70 m, er is een garage tussen het huisje en het huis. ATTN. Huisdieren zijn ook welkom, extra kosten 30 €/dier. A log cabin in Ylläsjärvi village, Ahvenkangas area. The cottage is located in quiet area, no neighbours nearby. Downstairs living room, kitchen, bathroom (shower + sauna + toilet). The loft (23 m²) has two bedrooms and a living room. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. A sofa bed (2 pers.) in the living area of the loft. Loft height 160cm. 40 km northeast of Kolari, Ylläs ski slopes about 9,5km away. Good berry- and mushomr picking grounds nearby. Lake Iso Ahvenlampi about 100m away. A barbecue hut has been built in the yard during summer 2023. The price includes two baskets of firewood%3B one to cottage and one to the hut. No pets allowed. Final cleaning is included in the price.
