56 km to the northwest from Joensuu, own artificial pond 200m (length 90 m, width 30 m), access to the water from pier, water depth at the end of the pier is about 2 m, the deepest point is 4 m. Wooden holiday house 1929, renovated in 1940, 1962 and 2013. Living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, room with spreadable sofa bed, access to the bedroom with 2 double bed from this room. Bedroom with bed, double bed and balcony on the upper floor. There is also a bed on the staircase on the upper floor. WC on both floors. On the upper floor wood-heated sauna, shower in steam room and dressing room. Washing machine in the basement. There are also entrance hall, porch and terrace. Lakeside sauna use only for summertime (Jun - Sept). Sauna with dressing room, no electricity in the sauna. Water to the sauna is transported in tanks by using a separate trolley. Nice farm-like yard in the middle of the peaceful environment. There is a cooking hut in the yard and a campfire site by the artificial pond. There is also a playhouse in the yard and two rooms (can be used in summer) in the outbuilding. Wireless 4G internet. Distance to the hunting areas on state owned lands is about 2 km. The cabin is surrounded by a terrain, which offers good possibilities for picking berries. Distance to the public swimming beach maintained by the municipality is 5 km. The possibility to organize parties and social evenings in the barn building. Polvijärvi municipality center 19 km, Holiday Centre Huhmari 35 km, Koli 60 km. Linen and final cleaning available for an additional fee. Pets allowed for an additional fee per pet. Any additional cleaning needs caused by pets must be taken care of on the day of departure (e.g. careful vacuuming of sofas, beds). Please also keep the yard clean, thank you.

Located on the side of a stream (30 m) connecting to Iso-Sapsojärvi, a separate log cabin for a peaceful vacation and enjoying nature in Sotkamo. The cottage built in 2002, living space of 60 m² on the ground floor and 60 m² on upper floor. A separate kitchen corner with an atmospheric wood stove. In the living room kitchen there is a fireplace and a dining set for 6 people. In the living room, a good-sized sofa and an armchair. Upstairs, a motor bed (as a double bed), and 2 x 120 cm wide separate beds, in the same space, but partly demarcated into a sleeping space with wardrobe. From the upper floor there is access to a small balcony, with a view of the courtyard sauna and the stream. Wood-heated sauna (hot water from the heater) + dressing room. Access to the stream from the sauna is via stairs, and at the end of the stairs is a platform / terrace and a ladder. The courtyard sauna is available all year round. Note the stream is not suitable for swimming (natural mud bottom). On the beach there is a campfire place and a porch with a door. A rowing boat is available to get to Sapsojärvi (distance approx. 400 m), if you are boating, please bring your own life jackets. At the end of the stream, at the head of the promontory on the Sapsojärvi side, there is a good sandy swimming spot available (with another cabin), there are old buildings on the beach that are not used by tenants, but you can otherwise use the beach freely. Note there is also a separate shed building, with sleeping loft with alternative beds for 2 (if you want privacy). The use of the shed can be negotiated separately with the maintenance. Shed can be available during the summer. The cottage is at your disposal from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings. Pets are not allowed at the cottage, however, the property is not suitable for people with allergies, as the owner's own dog occasionally visits the cottage. There is no direct line of sight to the neighborhood from the yard area, but the neighbor's boat can be seen further away on the opposite bank of the stream. Waste sorting (mixed and bio), as well as cardboard, glass and metal at the cottage. Bed linen (sheets and towels) can be reserved for an additional fee. Final cleaning is included in the price.

50 km northwest of Jyväskylä, lake Lannevesi 10 m, hard, gently deepening sand bottom, jetty, own boat. Wooden cottage on two floors, built in 1972, partly renovated in 2017. Living room with two sofa beds, alcove with double bed. Please notice that cottage can be booked maximum for 6 persons. Kitchen, hallway, spacious glazed terrace and outdoor terrace. Fireplace-oven in livingroom. Downstairs sauna with wood-heated stove. Kitchen, toilet and sauna has been remodeled and new washroom has been built in 2017. Ukkola holiday homes are located beside the fields, beautiful countryside, lakeshore is just nearby, stairs lead to the pier. Hot tub for rent 1-3 days 100 €, 4-6 days 150 €, 7 days 200 €. If you want change the water, cost is 50 €/refill. If you want to rent the tub, please inform the owner well in advance before your holiday starts. Payment on the spot by cash. Owner heats the tub for the first time and will guide the further use. Note! When it is minus (-) celcius degrees, the outside tub cannot be used. For an additional fee, you can rent: SUP -board 40 € and electric outboard motor for 20 €/ day or 120 €/ week. Payment in advance and on site to the owner. Let op: matrassen in de slaapkamer zijn 200 cm lang, maar door de vorm van de wanden kan het bed te kort zijn voor een lang persoon. De buren zijn niet zichtbaar, de oever is geschikt voor kinderen. Water in the tap comes from own well and contains manganese, which causes taste and smell into water. Owner brings drinking water. Distance to the neighboring cottage about 30 m: neighbor won't be visible from the terrace and only a little from the pier. Distance about 20 m from the back wall of the sauna building. However, both cottages have their own peace. Ranua Wildlife park 40 km.

Puuhapirtti cabin is an excellent choice for a holiday in Levi. Its location in the Kätkä area, pet-friendly policy, and ample parking space make it an outstanding option for travelers looking to enjoy the opportunities Levi has to offer. There are walking paths to the center, and the distance is only 800 m by foot or 1.5 km by car. The apartment has a spacious parking area that can accommodate up to three cars. The living room/kitchen includes a sofa bed, and in the bedroom, there are two beds that can be combined into a double bed with a unified mattress topper. The second bedroom has two separate beds. The loft has four beds in two different sections, with two beds in each section separated by a wall. Please note that the stairs to the loft are very steep, so use caution when using them. The floor area of the loft is approx. 20 m². The cabin features a sauna, shower room, separate WC, storage, and a covered terrace. The apartment has underfloor heating in the ground-floor areas. Kätkä is a peaceful area near Levi's center, with the nearest slope being the Eturinne slope in the center.

This cabin lies on a peaceful spot very near by the skiing trails and not so far from all the services of the ski resort. A beautiful scenery opens up from the cabin to Pyhätunturi over the swamp. This cabin is ideal for families and little groups. 52 km north from Kemijärvi. Two storey log cabin built in 2009, with living room/kitchen, bedroom with 120 cm wide bed, toilet/washroom, sauna (electric stove). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, toilet and TV lobby. The garbage container lies in the Sienimaa road cross. To ensure a smooth holiday, we always recommend ordering a final cleaning in advance. Note. it is not possible to order a final cleaning on site at the hotel.

Its location is excellent for hikers, skiers, and snowboarders alike. The proximity to Kairosmaja and the Northern Lights Chapel also makes it an excellent choice for concert and party attendees. The 45 m2 cabin includes a living room/kitchen, a bathroom, sauna, and a terrace. Outside, there is also a campfire site. The cabin was originally built in 1982 with an extension added in the early 2000s. Accommodation includes a double bed (160 x 200 cm) in the main room and an additional bed for one (120 x 200 cm) on the sofa bed. Charging electric vehicles and bringing a hot tub onto the premises are prohibited. The nearest ski trail is just under 500 meters away, with a total of about 150 km of skiing opportunities in Pyhä-Luosto National Park. Pyhä Ski Resort is approximately 4 km away, and the North Slopes are only 1 km away. Additionally, Luosto Ski Resort is about 20 km away, featuring the Amethyst Spa within Lapland Hotels Luostotunturi. Hiking trails in Pyhä-Luosto National Park are 4 km away, offering summer hikes including to Finland's deepest gorge, Isokuru, with the breathtaking Pyhäkate Waterfall. Some hiking trails also serve as mountain biking routes, and several businesses in Pyhä rent out mountain and fat bikes. About 15 km towards Luosto is the worthwhile destination of Lampivaara Amethyst Mine, where visitors can dig for their own lucky amethyst and conclude with coffee and a doughnut at Lampivaara's café.
