The four cabins have their own shared sandy beach with pier, 3 SUP boards and a rowing boat, 2 open kayaks, 3 water running belts and different sizes of buoyancy aids. The accommodation price includes bed linen for 2 (sheets and towels). Extra bed linen can be ordered separately for an additional fee. The four cabins also share a beach sauna (wooden sauna) with view windows. The lakeside sauna has a summer water supply, in other times water must be carried from the main cottage. There is also an outdoor shower on the terrace of the lakeside sauna in summer. There is a separate reservation book for the sauna and the sauna room on the wall. Possibility of open swimming (cold swimming in winter). In winter, water for the beach sauna is brought from the cabin or the lake (from the hole in the ice). A sauna/fireplace room with view windows and a 4K smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. In addition, e.g. air-source heat pump, drinks fridge and XBox game console. There is a shared Weber gas grill in the sauna building and a kitchenette behind the building. In the summer, there are chairs and benches for shared use in the shore. The cottage village has its own spacious and lighted parking area and service building, with electric/hybrid car charging points 2x type2 11kW and 2 pcs 16A (continuous current) super-suko boxes, which are included in the rental price. In the maintenance building there are also exercise equipment (exercise bike, crosstrainer, wakeboard, table tennis, 3 water running belt, 4 life jackets), a dart board, two washing towers with dryers and a drying cabinet, a separate toilet and a small kitchen with coffee making facilities and microwave oven with grill and air-source heat pump. The cottage is located on a slope plot, the access from the parking lot to the cottage is along a steep "serpentine" path. Plenty of places to visit nearby. Among other things, the Komulanköngäs waterfall only 3 km away. Nearest airport Kajaani 86 km, Oulu 170 km, bus stop Hyrynsalmi 18 km, railway station Kontiomäki 66 km. No pets allowed. A dock, lean-to and fireplace in shared use. Ukkohalla: Tourism centre located by Lake Syväjärvi, with an information centre, store, restaurant, spa, slope centre, snowmobile tracks, ski tracks, programme services, beach (further information at www.ukkohalla.fi). 12 km north-west of Lahti, L.Vesijärvi 30 m (length 25 km, width 5 km), shallow, hard sanded clay bottom, own boat. Wooden/log cottage 1994, living room/kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, second bedroom double bed, sleeping loft with folding door 2 beds and 2 mattresses, dressing room (convertible sofa as an alternative sleeping Place) , washroom, sauna (electric stove). Gas grill on the terrace. Separate sauna building, sauna has wood-fired stove, dressing room. The plot is bordered by a neighborhood with permanent residents. Parties must always be agreed separately with the gcaretaker of the cottage. The peace of the permanent residents living next door must be respected and it is not possible to have noise-causing parties. Fireplace not in use during summer. A wood-fired outside hot tub can be rented from the caretaker. Contact details for the caretaker are in the booking confirmation. Prices: 150 € / weekend (Fri-Sun) and 200 € / week. The price includes VAT, guidance, firewood, final cleaning and disinfection. Filling and heating service 50 € / time if needed. If you want to organize a party, those must be agreed with the caretaker. The peace of the permanent residents living near the cottage must be respected. It is not possible to organize parties that cause noise. Spacious cottage on sheltered plot surrounded by grass, well suited for a quiet family vacation. Water in the tap comes from a drilled well and it's examined and safe to use as a household water. However, the water includes some iron, which can cause side taste. The caretaker brings drinking water on request. Outboard motor 2 hp available (free of charge). Internet WLAN 4G, Google Chromecast and a bluetooth speaker. All of Messilä's services, e.g. downhill ski centre and golf course, are close by. Hollola 8 km, Mediaeval church 8 km. Lahti's skiing centre 15 km. IMPORTANT! This place is suitable for couples, families and other who enjoy peaceful holiday. This place is not rented for groups consisting of under 25 years old people. 80 km west of Helsinki, lake Lohjanjärvi 40 m (largest lake in district Uusimaa, 10 x 10 km), shallow, slightly sloping, hard bottom, deeper clay, jetty, own rowboat (outboard motor shown in the picture is not in use). Cozy complex built in 1968. The bedrooms are divided so that there are four bedrooms in the main cottage, two bedrooms in the sleeping cottage and double bed in the lakeside sauna. Main cottage (115 m2), living room with extra bed, kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom with antique bunk bed, bedroom with single bed, 2 x separate indoor toilets (one renovated in 2021 and the other in 2022), shower, glazed veranda with large dining table, terrace. During winter glazed veranda is cold and is used as a storage room. Travel beds for two children. Air source heat pump. Note! There is no TV. In a separate sleeping cottage (35 m2, can be used year-round) there are two bedrooms with 2 beds in each, one bedroom downstairs and one bedroom upstairs. There is separate entrance from the terrace to the sauna's "bedroom" with double bed (160 cm wide) and two wardrobes. Please note that bed linen is not included in the price, so please bring it with you or choose the amount of bed linen you need from the additional services, thank you. NOTE! It is NOT allowed to bring a ltrailer hot tub / hot tub on wheels with you. The cottage is located in island Jalassaari. There is a road connection to the island. There are three buildings so the place is suitable for customers who appreciate the possibility to accommodate in separate buildings. In the large terrace area in front of the villa, you can enjoy the day either on the terrace or on a fully glazed terrace. The yard is open, woody and rocky. There is a slope to the beach, but there are good stairs there. Lohjanjärvi is a clear watered lake and rich in fish. The nearest neighbor 130 m away is the second cottage of the owner's family (there is a visual contact with the neighbor's lakeside sauna only outside summer). 200 m away lies the owner's second Lomarengas rental villa 13088 Metsä-Iivari. Helsinki sights 85 km, Lohja 20 km (incl. Upstairs: bedroom with 2 beds (80 cm and 120 cm), a hall with convertible sofa. Internet connection for an additional fee (contact the owner). Rantahaka is a nice rental cottage on a large lawn plot. Possibility for horse riding 25 km. Outside power point for the car. Häkärinteet Ski Resort 15 km, Pieksämäki 26 km, Jyväskylä 70 km, Kuopio 90 km, Mikkeli 100 km, Imatra 206 km, Helsinki 307 km. Please note: it is forbidden to bring hot tub to the cottage. Charging electric and hybrid cars at the cottage is prohibited.

In yard an outbuilding for summer use only, with double bed and bunk as an alternative to cottage's beds. Outbuilding has electric heating. Note! The owner rents out movable wood heated hot tub for 6 persons. Please, check the availability in advance (hot tub is rented among several cottages). Not pets allowed for new reservations starting from 23.4.24 (not for allergic, there has been pets) Rantalinna 2 is a small apartment in a row house, perfect base for people who are exploring the sights of the area. The glazed terrace offers great views over the lake due to the terrain height differences. Distance to the beach is 80 m, long stairway leads to the beach, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There are five apartments i total in this row house. The same owner also owns the neighboring apartment 14952.
