The villa's frontage features a shallow, sandy beach, while the lakeside sauna area offers a deeper, muddy-bottomed shoreline. The villa, built in 2014, is made of logs and includes a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen features a dining area for eight people. There are two bedrooms, each with two beds.
